The setting works...in the way that if i quit Firefox, it'll not continue from the tabs and windows, but if i reboot my pc and open Firefox, I find myself the same place i stopped...even though i have that setting disabled. I found someone else with same issue on reddit and i did the same restarting the browser and refreshing and all....all to no effect.

Когда firefox зависает и windows предлагает его убить, firefox получает права системы и по этому становиться не убиваемым.Система не может его убить потому что у его права системы .В первые заметил этот баг когда сделал браузер firefox браузером по умолчанию.У меня сим роутер при запуске системы открывает браузер тут та браузер и зависает (не всегда ,но часто) в диспетчере задач в этот момент у его права системы.Писал в майрософт ,майкрософт посоветовал пользоваться нормальным браузером и сменить браузер по умолчанию .По совету майкрософт сменил браузер по умолчанию на chrome проблема пропала. I've been using tab grouping and it is really helpful.

But this morning when I created a new tab group called "MISC" I was unable to add any tabs to it.

1. I noticed that this new group happens to be the 11th group I've created. So I'm guessing that there may be a limit of ten groups. Am I right?

2. And now, some hours later, I see that the new MISC group does appear on my tab bar, but one of my old groups, TECH, has disappeared, but its contents seem to have been added to the MISC group.

Hi there! The New Tab page looks great with white text, but Firefox 140.0.4 thinks my wallpaper is white, so text should be dark. I can change the body class to "activity-stream darkWallpaper" using the inspector and it works fine, but how make this change permanently?

After the most recent update, all of my Firefox tabs, bookmarks, and general UI fonts have gotten larger. Is this intended or a bug? There are not options that I know of to reduce the size of the fonts to how it looked previously either.

Hi, I was asked if I could contact you by google disability.

I'm having a huge problem creating a channel on youtube with a live.co.uk account when using NVDA.

I press b until I hear account menu button button submenu, pres enter or space, then arrow down to create channel and press enter. Nothing seams to happen.

Google disability has shown me a couple of video or audio files proving that it can be done, they've even said that they tried creating an account with an outlook account, what live.co.uk is called now from my understanding.

SO I'm really confused as to why they can do it and I can't.

I can't show you with OBS because it messes with my screen readers speech so if you have another way I can show you; please let me know.

I've already tried the following, suggested by disability support: 1. uninstalling and reinstalling firefox.

2. making sure addons are disabled, the only one I left enabled was a volume booster but I doubt that would be the issue.

3. Setting NVDA back to factory settings and disabling all addons.

This has been confusing me on and off for up to a year now.

Lately I installed a new PC, and tried to download FireFox and sync my data. But my data seems like a few years ago, not as new as another PC I have now. I'm sure I have logged in with same account on them, how's this happend?

Alternative search engines no longer appear when typing the stasrt of a search. Am able to set alternative search engine in settings but need to go back to settings if I want to use another one. This happened after a recent update - perhaps as much as a week ago.

I launch Firefox from a shortcut in the QuickLaunch bar. I need to double-click that to get a response. But then TWO instances of Firefox open, and I have to close one - which seems a waste of time and effort over and over and over. My system is x32Win10ProV22H2. How to get just one instance ?

After exporting bookmarks.html from Ffox on old computer, importing it to Ffox on the new one, all good, except that bookmarks toolbar shows on the imported list but doesn't display as toolbar.

Hi! I recently lost my old laptop and I'm trying to setup my new laptop without a backup. I was logged into my mozilla account on my old browser before I lost it, but I'm not seeing any of my old tabs, bookmarks, and extensions from my old browser syncing to my new browser. Is there anything I can do to retrieve this data without having access to my old laptop? Thank to anyone who can help!

If I need to upload a file I click on the OPEN or BROWSE button in the website, Open File dialogue opens trying to list the location it is already looking at, and it hangs for over 30 seconds before listing files. This is windows 11, but it did it when i had windows 10 too. I dont know what to do.
