Hi,

I have spent almost an hour trying to solve this and have come out empty handed and frustrated. Firefox must've updated recently and changed things so that my bookmark dropdown menu is gone. Now, when I want to access a bookmark, I have to click on "manage bookmarks" which opens a new library window and I have to then find it in there. It's a lot more time consuming and inefficient. Used to just be able to scroll down after one click of the bookmark menu.

I've searched other answers to this problem, many of which involved people's bookmarks being stored in the "other bookmarks" folder and being told to move them into the "bookmarks menu" folder which would cause them to dropdown. I've tried moving them into all 3 folders: Bookmarks Menu, Other bookmarks, and bookmarks toolbar, and there is no change. Here is a screenshot of what I see when I open my bookmarks:

• To clarify, the "recent bookmarks" that shows up is of no interest to me and would also like to remove that. I don't want a dropdown of recent bookmarks, I want a dropdown of ALL bookmarks.

I said yes to add Dark Reader and my background turned black. Hard to read. I tried to disable it but can't find it. Please give me specific instructions to disable Dark Reader on an iMAC. Thank you.

Right now if I type "g", it fills up with "google.com/" which is really annoying. I want it to fill in with gmail so that I can type g then press enter to make it go to gmail or "https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/#inbox" instead.

This "half-answer" summarizes my frustration. FWIW, both computers are late-model MacBook Pro - call them Mac1 and Mac2. Both have Sync set up. I have about 40 tabs open in 3 FF windows on Mac1. I need to open all 40 tabs (which can all be in one window if that's easier) on Mac2.

On Mac 2, I can see the list of open tabs from Mac1 when I click the account name (after clicking the "hamburger patties"). If I click on one of them, that tab is opened on the current tab... terrific - BUT, I don't want to repeat this 40 times!!

Is there no way to select ALL tabs, or export all open tabs to a file - or something that makes a little more sense than repeating a task 40 times?

I tried to refresh Firefox but it just kept saying almost done and never stops When I move my mouse pointer over the Firefox Icon to open the browser it says Firefox (4). It takes too longer before the browser opens. Should I uninstall and reinstall Firefox?

I've got the Windows Greek version of Firefox installed ages ago and now updated to version 94.0.1. Got really excited to see that credit card store and auto-fill has been added as a feature, but according to https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/credit-card-autofill this possibly only available for US/Canadian Firefox owners. Not sure if this holds for build 94 and later though, can someone confirm whether this holds for current builds? I'd love to be able to use this feature!

fb purity has been updated for Chrome and Edge and IE. the developer is waiting for Firefox to do the update. I use it and like it but it does not do all the things it does on other browsers because it is not updated. I think the developer of fb purity is waiting for firebox to update or give him the code or whatever you have to do to make it work. I like the extension but like i said It does not do what it does and when it removes on the other browsers .I like and have used Firefox for years and do not want to use any other browser So I am asking please allow this extension to update on Firefox. Thanks

Had problems with my bank. Could not get past user id and password. Was able to complete action on Edge. Cleared history and cache and still nothing. Had no problems previously with Firefox with this bank

Have latest update. When I enter search keywords FF just cycles back to flashing cursor inviting me to search for something. Saved links work normally. So... wtf? Thanks

After the recent update, I have had trouble viewing information on my company's file sharing & organizing online program "Teamworks". I have attached screen prints of what I see using Chrome vs Firefox. Other pages on Teamworks do not show complete information either.

I want to add that Firefox has also not allowed Outlook MSG files to be viewed. The only way I can do so is to download the file into Outlook then open through the Outlook program. Having to do this has not always been the case.

Finally, I will note that Firefox does NOT work with my online payroll service Paychex. I have had to use Chrome for this as well.

It is very frustrating that I can't use the Firefox program that I like so much and have become very trustworthy of. Please help me fix these issues so I can continue to use Firefox as my preferred browser. Thank you!

Each and every time I try to reply to an email received in my Optimum Online account, when sending there is a pop-up (drop down) saying "Webtop error" and nothing else. There is no record of this error in the Mozilla database. I have found little if anything elsewhere. Email can only be replied to by using a different browser, such as Opera. Windows 10 x64. All latest software updates installed.

Upon further search, I find that "webtop error" may be related to Unified Compliance Framework, which sounds Draconian. Further research is proceeding.

Hello, I am currently customizing my firefox browser in userChrome. I am currently stuck on one issue. I have an add on that is called "Image Video Block" . I am wondering what code is needed for userchrome to hide the add on when i right click on the screen? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I use option + mouse scroll to scroll the webpage horizontally, however Firefox use option + mouse scroll to switch page back/forward. Are there any way to disable it?
