I'm not sure why, but starting a couple of days ago Firefox will not load a couple (there may be others) of my regularly used sites - the page just 'hangs' or only partially loads:

facebook.com theguardian.com

These are on my Windows 11 PC which I use 95% of the time. They load fine on my Windows 10 laptop which has the identical Firefox settings (they are Synced) with the same Extensions.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox on my PC to see if this helps, but the issue remains.

The websites load fine using Chrome on my PC.

Can anyone offer any thoughts as to why this is happeneing and offer any solutions?

I had issues with my computer which got me into a situation where i had to delete all partitions of my drives, starting from 0. Signing in my firefox account in a fresh win install suddenly recovers NOTHING and i am now panicking as i had very important accounts & passwords, bookmarks, tabs, extensions, etc. I have tried other devices too without any luck. I need help recovering all these asap.

Over the last five hours, I have gotten 27 emails from Firefox Monitor for this data breach, for the same email address. I have already marked the breach as resolved in Monitor but I keep getting emails. Is there anything I can do about it?

I have set my account to "Don't delete any messages", because I frequently want to reread a deleted message in my Trash folder. However, when I go into my Trash folder to search for a deleted message, I am finding that messages older than a certain date have disappeared, although I've done nothing to permanently delete them. For example, today everything older than May 3 is gone. What can I do to prevent this?

захожу в свой ак, но ни закладок ни паролей нет, год назад синк работал, все перенеслось, даже если и отключил синк, то должно же хотя бы годичной давности все перенестить

I wanted to set keywords for search engines (in order to quickly change them for a single query). This cannot be done for search engines by default (why?), so I had to delete them and create a new one with the same link and my own keywords. But now I can't give them the same name back, firefox says that such a search engine already exists. In general, it doesn't matter to me which letter is there. The main purpose of my appeal is to draw attention to the fact that search engines cannot be edited by default, because it is quite inconvenient. I have no idea what happened, but i was changing settings on my PC and suddenly i was logged out and all my browser data, bookmarks, passwords etc were gone. I dont know if i clicked the wrong button or what but everything is gone. I still have my data on my phone, and can access my passwords and such but I dont know how to get the browser data from my phone onto my PC

Please, I have many important passwords and bookmarks that I need to be able to recover.

hi, I was on the page where Firefox in recommending addons. But I click on a tap and it takes me to another page where the addon has a lot of detail explainations on the addon, but there is no where on this page to download or install the addon. I am interested in several of the addons. Can you guide me where to go to install the addons. Sincerely Andrew
