Hello, I am writing to request a manual review of my disabled Facebook account. I believe my account was disabled by mistake. I have always followed Facebook’s Community Standards and have never engaged in any activity that violates the rules or policies. I don't know if "Accounts" is the right category, but none of the other categories seem right either...

I try to submit ideas or comment on other ideas, but my ideas and comments never get reviewed. It's been three years and all of my ideas are still awaiting approval. How many years does it usually take for them to review your ideas? I see other people whose ideas were definitely reviewed and approved much faster, as some of them are commenting on recent updates that are less than 3 years old. The top idea right now was very clearly posted within the last week or so because it addresses the new Nova update that just wet out a couple days ago,

How do I get my Ideas to be reviewed? Three years seems like a really long time to expect people to wait. The program has been updated so many times within the last three years... I wated my ideas to be considered within the time-frame when they were relevant. Obviously.

I posted trying to understand why none of my Ideas have been reviewed and are still awaiting approval even after three years, and when I went to check to see if anyone had responed to the post, it says that the post doesn't exist. What happened to my post, and why do I have to wait upwards of 3 years to have my Ideas reviewed when other people have their ideas reviewed and approved immediately?

I tried to cancel my Mozilla VPN subscription and it keeps saying my subscription is not found yet it keeps trying to charge an old credit card of mine. How do I cancel my subscription without having any customer service reps to speak with?

Hello, Having followed the advice as under: If you've previously made use of Firefox Sync, please make sure you're signed into your Mozilla account and have enabled Bookmarks within your Sync settings, because Firefox will automatically download any available data from our sync servers as long as you are logged into the account you used to sync.

Additionally, please consider that if your bookmarks are still available in the local storage of another device, signing into Sync on these devices will let you upload this account data and make your data accessible on any other devices you enable Sync on.

Andd checking the the Bookmarks tick-box was checked [as was last attempt] I tried to sign in to open the required page, but got 2 x 'error' windows, as attached, one for enail address [been using this for 2 yaers] and the other for password [how did I get this page up with the wrong password??]

I'm obviously a very dim Brit . . . . . please would you advise me as clearly as possible about whatv the heck is going wrong, thanx Kr CB
