As a teacher, daily I use a web conferencing service called BigBlueButton by BlindSideNetworks.com. Everytime I use it I need to allow pop-ups. This is because it assigns a new website name to the webconference session. Please take a look at the attached screen shot. I'd like to be able to put a wildcard in the domain name so that any random variation that is assigned will allow pop-ups.

I inadvertently created a duplicate Other Bookmarks folder at the level of the Bookmarks Toolbar and I'm not able to remove it. In fact, I tried deleting all of the bookmarks under this duplicate to see if that would allow me to delete it, however, that removed all of my bookmarks, including from the original Firefox Other Bookmarks folder and I had to restore them from backup.original Firefox Other Bookmarks folder

Please let me know what I can do to eliminate the duplicated folder without affecting the entries in my original Firefox Other Bookmarks folder.

When attempting to drag/Insert picture into email text, the message "The following files couldn't be attached: filename.jpg. Please try again later." appears. Firefox 133.03 64-bit is up to date on Windows 10. I have not been able to find a solution. The dragged/Inserted picture always ends up outside the email text box and cannot be moved into it for placement or scaling. What is a solution? Is this something new or do I need to reload Firefox?

It worked last Christmas!!! It is not important now that the holiday is over but would like to fix it.

Firefox installed updates yesterday and left a message saying I had to turn on my cookes. I can't access my email until I do. But I can't find the place to do that. Please help.

Firefox opens only to a blank page and does not function what so ever. I've tried several times refreshing it, however, nothing helps. Point of interest is Microsoft Edge won't open either and I am currently using Opera which is working fine. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Two days ago, my Firefox was updated to version 133.0.3. Since then, the add-on "I don't care about cookies" doesn't work well anymore. Unteil two days ago, I hadn't been asked about cookies for a very very long time, now I'm being asked several times a day. I installed the add-on "I still don't care about cookies" in addition, but that doesn't help either.

Up until a few days ago when I was logging into email my password for that would come up automatically. The same applied to other logins butr no longer happens. Why

Is it possible to add a feature of a description/comment to the about:logins so that you can specify what the u/p is for?

ie, i have sites using ip addresses (that must not be given hostnames) that have a u/p but could do with a description to say what they are for. ie2, i have a website that is used to connect to different devices where the username is always a certain username, but with a different password per device. Firefox offers to change the password saved (but it would be changing it for all devices, not that particular one).

I have a development copy of my website that I run directly from my local disk. I have indexes with links to pages that I load in frames. When the target is another frame, the link will not work. This stopped working when I did the last update to Version 134.0.1 The links work when I load my online version from HostGator.

I have tried installing extensions on https://addons.mozilla.org. Everything else online works fine, but https://addons.mozilla.org gives me "Download failed. Please check your connection. " after 10 minutes of loading icon. Browsing works fine. I have tried with and without a VPN. It used to work. Other devices, and firefox on dualbooted linux work fine.

If I click the cog wheel on a Youtube livestream video in order to change the quality the settings window appears for a second then disappears. It will not stay where it is. It only happens on live streams. Windows 10 Firefox 133.0.3

Trying to pay £14.99 with a credit card on website www.sa2000.co.uk the card is handled by Worldpay. Clicking submit after completing card details is ignored. Sa2000 told me to use a different browser, which worked. Will this be fixed?

When I use Chrome as my browser, it automatically loads my Gmail account without further sign in. When I use Firefox, I have to log onto Gmail every time and it want two stage authentication, even when I have ticked to option to bypass this. Not the end of thw world but iritating, especially when I have left my phone in another room.
