I have been trying to log in to a newspaper website for which I have a subscription. This used to work in Firefox without a problem, but for a while now I have been encountering the problem that when I open the website the usual options "Subscribe" and "Log In" are missing. The "Log In" option is available when I open the website in Microsoft Edge. I have attached screenshots showing the missing links.

I have tried troubleshooting and opening in Safe Mode to disable any add-ons but still without success. I am hoping that there may be a simple solution and would appreciate any help.

Hello, we are experiencing a strange issue: on accessing speedhub.eu after all web element are loaded the whole page flashes once to black for a fraction of a second and then all the web elements are rendered back ok. This happens from time to time only on Firefox since a few months back (tested with a hand of other browsers and no issue there). Any Idee why ?

Sometimes I am asked to complete a Google Forms form to register for an event. This seems to work fine with all but one business. For that business, Chrome works just fine. Firefox does honor the submit button on this company's form. It used to last year and did in early September, but not since.

Also, I recently purchased a used car from Chevy. When I need to log in to their portal to sign up for service, I need to use Chrome. When I try to log in using Firefox, a new window opens but does not offer me the username or pwd prompts.

bold textCanasta Palace not loading for past two days but works on other browsers. I get a black screen that looks like a glitching old PC screen.

I can no longer use credit cards for any purpose on any site with Firefox. If I use Edge all my credit card transactions are immediately approved. I'm using desktop with updated Windows 11. PayPal usage is unaffected on Firefox.

I have a new dell computer with windows 11. My other computers with windows 10/11 work fine with FireFox but this machine will not load my email website. It must be a setting on this machine.

try loading webmail.shaw.ca use the account bubbleman@shaw.ca password FireFox.

(it is a dummy account for problem solving)  When you click sign-in, the button turns grey for about 5 seconds, then turns blue again.

inspect(q) shows the following error message

I tried following the Configuring Windows 10 Firewall and deleted firefox, then put it back.. My ISP (Rogers.ca)says use a different browser. I have been a confirmed user since Netscape days! I am not very knowledgeable with Windows so any help that you may give me would be appreciated

Firefox doesn't load a specific website: Amazon.fr

Other pages from Amazon (Amazon.com, Amazon.de .be . nl) have no problems. I can only access this page by cold starting my Mac. Once and only once! After that, the problem is there...

Also remove all data (settings / private / cookies / all data) doesn't solve the problem.

Info: Mac: Mac Sequoia Version 15.1.1 (24B91) Firefox: 133.0.3 (aarch64)

With other browsers (Chrome, Safari) there isn't any problem. In older versions of Firefox, there wasn't any problem.

Login failure with a life insurance/annuity company. It takes my login information, then flashes a screen for one second then redirects to another page. The company is https://www.unitedlife.com/. I can open this site on my chromebook, using Chrome OS, but not in firefox on my PC. I am running 8.1 on my windows pc, and don't wish to upgrade to 10 (PC not compatible to 11). Note: the PC windows pc will not update to a current revision chrome browser any more. Any options/changes that can be done on the Firefox browser settings on the PC?

I can use video calling on Facebook when I use Google Chrome. I prefer to use Firefox and I have not been able to video call since the encryption was introduced. Please help as I am an older lady who needs to be in contact with family. Thank you Sharyn

I have been playing a word game on Gamepoint.com...always worked. 3 days ago when the gameboard comes up it is messed up. I jumped onto microsoft edge and it works... firefox is having issues letting this game load properly...how do i fix?

Recently, I have been having problems logging out of my Shopify store using your browser. It will not allow me to logout. When I use Microsoft's browser, I have no problems. What's going on with Firefox. I have cleared the cache.

When I log in with one of my screen names on AOL, it shows me signed in under that screen name, but when I click to open the mail for that screen name, I am changed to another one of my screen names with only the mail showing for that account instead of the one I initially signed in on. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox, cleared the cache, but the problem continues. I do not have this problem when I log in to AOL on Chrome with the same screen name. AOL technical support was unable to figure out how to fix this problem. I am using a brand new laptop with Windows 11 Pro. I do not have this problem with an older computer with Firefox.

Hello. Today suddenly sound stopped working on Youtube and tried changing volume as well made sure there is no muting. I tried opening videos on Youtube via Chrome and sound was working fine. How to fix this issue on Firefox?

I've been a loyal user of Firefox for many years, but recent problems have cause me to question that loyalty. I posted previously that the Alarm.com web site does NOT appear correctly AFTER login (NOT BEFORE login). NONE of the suggestions that were given helped. Now I see that images don't appear on a matchmaking site I go to, either on the site itself or images from the site in Outlook web (ie using Firefox) email. It never used to be this way. I never had to worry about it. I've made no changes to Firefox that I'm aware of that would cause this change in behavior. WHY is this happening? I tried everything but creating a new Firefox profile suggested in this link:

NOTHING works. I don't get it. Images show with no trouble in Edge. So does Alarm.com.

I recently started getting warnings on YouTube saying that I have an ad blocker running and that violates their terms of service. I've run into a few other sites that won't load at all, and also tell me to turn off my ad blocker.

I have not installed any ad blocker and I don't see anything at all listed under add-ons. Can anyone tell me how to identify whatever is causing this?

I tried the MS Edge browser as a comparison and the same thing happens there.

When playing any audio on Firefox it plays only through the front center channel. Moreover, the right channel is completely mute (tested using youtube videos and https://www2.iis.fraunhofer.de/AAC/multichannel.html). Everything works correctly on Chrome and Edge

I've noticed sometimes the audio does work correctly, but I've no idea why that is.

I'm listening on HyperX Cloud 2 headphones, the virtual 7.1 setting doesn't change anything when listening on firefox, works correctly on Chrome and Edge.
