If I am on a web site and click a link to another page on the same website Firefox opens a new tab rather than displaying it in the existing tab. How do I get Firefox to NOT do this?

Firefox on my computer is controlled by an enterprise, notwithstanding that my computer is not connected to an enterprise and never has been.

How can I remove the enterprise limitation?

obviously you think everyone is a programmer by the was your system does not work doing updates !!

I am hoping your not expecting an 80 year old lady to fix your lack of diligence? or should i just eliminate your program?

I am running Linux Mint 19 and when I tried to activate the container extension some options were not selectable and a msg appeared at the top of my settings: "Your browser is being managed by your organization" I am a home user and never had anything to do with any corporate PC. The policy it lists is: disableappupdate true. Everything I see in the help database for this pblm pertains to Windows. As I said above I am running linux mint.

I filled in a website active form (an online insurance claim), but because they had very little documentation, I started to fill it in to find out what information I needed. I intended and did abandon the page before the "submit button" closing the tab because I needed a real phone number (I had filled in a dummy just to progress the form). Well the claim was submitted and I got an email acknowledgement. I did not hit the submit button. I thought it an odd fault with the website and didn't think much of it, (it is just a pain to have to go and correct information). Well I am pretty sure it happened again. On an unrelated website with a complaint form, I filled in the form and left up in the browser, with the intention of rereading it in an hour or so to see if it made sense. But I decided not to proceed and just closed the browser. The form was submitted and I got a reply. Pretty sure I did not hit the submit button. It may be a configuration error or a extension problem but I think it happened with the 112 update, but I can't be sure. It is certainly only recent (~28 April ~8 June) but I have never used either of these online forms before so it may be coincidence.

We have set up exceptions for mail.google.com and accounts.google.com in Settings. Yet, Gmail is still asking for passwords to log in and saving them. I thought I had done all it would take to have Gmail remember them. Am I missing something?

Also, we cleared cache.

When I open the Google "Choose an account" page, my account name doesn't show up above my email address. The problem ceases only temporarily when I clear the cache and the Google cookies. Any suggestions?

I changed computers and created a login to save bookmarks, it looked like this was accomplished but now on my new computer and after I login in Firefox it asks me to import but fire fox is not an option.

Hello, I hope you can help me. I am trying to print from my email. I use windows 10. two different computers, two different printers, same issue. If I try to print an itinerary or anything that contains an image it does not print the image and only parts of the text. If i do it in chrome or edge it works fine. I am attaching an example with an Strava email. The first two pages are from firefox. the second two are from chrome. Even if I scale down the size in firefox, the image of the map does not appear. I print from the small icon to print within the mail, as it should be done. I tried most of what i know, and this is a firefox issue. Can you please help? many thanks and regards jean

I have been trying all afternoon and no matter how fast I am, I am getting this message.

When I click Try Again, I get logged out of the website I am on. What am I doing wrong? Is there a way to extend the time so I am able to reasonably enter the data into the form and not have it time out. I was able to the enter this information in the past without a problem.

somewhile back i got a chase app add for getting deals and stuff with their help, it has been useless and want to delete it but cannot find where to delete it. i am still getting messages like.. we can save you money.. get a better deal. ect ect. stuff like that but cant find to delete.
