Hi!

I am getting messages that I am blocking ads for many of my internet requests. I had never received these before but all of a sudden I started to get them. I have tried a number of things but nothing works.

I am running Windows 11 and do not have any Ad blockers.

Hello. I am setting up a site on Linux server using Apache as reverse proxy , with ASP.NET as application server . since installing SSL , I had few mixed content blocking that i was managed to fix using CSP directive in Apache configuration file. site has no issue with all browser except Firefox. the only issue is that in admin section , to configure a option. system will load a js file that simply a dropdown with list of options to choose from . when using Firefox , it tries to redirect that page to login page . for test , i clicked on the link i located in Developer tools , which directed me to login page , entered my credentials, and scripts loads showing the drop down box and ok button. is been 3 weeks i been looking for every solution and i have done everything .. but nothing have worked. now I am resort to having to use other browsers if i need to use that functionality in admin page. In page header file name : login , location : http://MYDOMAIN.ca/login?ReturnUrl=%2FAdmin%2FDiscountRulesCustomerRoles%2FConfigure%3FdiscountId%3D6%26_%3D1702682353293 , which are not correct . and browser such as Brave and Safari dose not show different path and file name and everything is correct. dose anyone know how to fix this .. ? i saw a solution mentioned as stated resting Firefox ,but can not find a way to reset , but i have reinstalled Firefox and constantly having this issue on this single section of the page . I'm wondering if anyone can help me here. I use Google Fi to make and receive calls from my browser. I accidentally denied microphone permissions to Google Fi from the Firefox dropdown prompt and I cannot find how to get it back.

When I click the dropdown menu, I see no options to enable or disable permissions. I also do not see anything listed in the Security settings of the browser. When I check the google fi settings, I see it complaining about denied permissions though.

I've attached screenshots. Does anyone know where I can revoke the blocked permissions?

i cannot print any web page from Firefox. The print option only offers me the option to save as PDF. Firefox is not detecting either my Brother laser printer or my Epson inkjet printer. if i use the print using system dialogue option fire fox shows a printer screen which has a simple entry of line prntr. If that is selected nothing at all happens. Clearly Firefox cannot detect my printers. If I save the web pages to a PDF file then open that file I can then get the normal system printing options and print the page. But all that does is clutter up my file system with files I will only ever use once. This proves the problem is clearly in Firefox and in its inability to detect system printers. I have tried all the suggestions from the help screens to no avail. Is there any other means of sorting this print problem.

I have Firefox set to "view PDF files in Firefox", but this is not happening with sites like Capital One and Consumer's Energy. these sites are just saving directly to my downloads folder even though I 1) Want to view the file first and 2) if it is going to save a flle, it is set up to ask where the file should be saved.

Neither of these things are happening even though I have them set up correctly in Settings.

MY Windows 11 laptop crashed and OS may need to be reinstalled. Will this wipe out my Firefox browser bookmarks. I would like to save the bookmarks somehow. How do I do this without access to that system?

I can connect bluetooth devices to my SurfaceGo and successfully direct audio output to them using Chrome, Edge, or internal sound files. But in Firefox the audio only goes thru the internal speaker no matter which audio output device I select. Is there some setting I need to fix so that Firefox will speak to bluetooth devices?

I have latest version of FF and MacBook Pro 10.9.2. Recently had major keychain problems and worked a lot with Apple to solve them. Now all is well but…. I am now frequently asked to enter my master password when I am in FF; they has never happened before. For example, when I go to Amazon, a window opens asking for the master pw. In some cases, this is not a big deal because I can cancel the request and my keychain will get me into the site. In other cases, my keychain does not work if I cancel the request for the MPW and I have to enter my access information. I asked Apple support about this, and they said to contact you.

I reinstalled my computer from scratch with Windows 11, before this reinstallation I had Windows 10. Now I noticed that with the newest Firefox version 109 (that I also had before with Windows 10) and Windows 11 my multirow bookmarks toolbar doesn´t work anymore. Before the reinstallation it worked with the following code:

I already tried some other codes that I found in the internet but none of them worked. I have this code in the file userChrome.css, this file is in a chrome folder and this folder is in my profile folder. Can anybody tell me what I have to do to make the multirow bookmarks toolbar working again?

Before the recent 1-2 updates, pdfs,pictures and .torrent meta files used to get saved in temp folder which I LOVED very much. Recently these are getting save in my download folder instead of saving in the temp folder.

I changed this setting to allows ask. Still the files are getting saved in the download folder after opening.

Please assist me to resolve this issue. Thanks.

Firefox has started making a piercing high-pitched screech when the "save image" and "file update" panels appear. This is a confirmation or alert sound I suppose. It occurs when saving an image from a right-click menu and when downloading a file. Formerly Firefox used the system default sound for this, and that sound is still working in other programs for similar operations.

How can I fix this? Or alternatively how can I disable the sound during such operations in Firefox (or alternatively system-wide)?

I go to Central Pacific Bank's website and try to pay my bills, but when I click on "Pay bills" it does not do anything. Before it would go to pay bills. Now when I click it does not respond. There website is not responding. So I try on America Online browser and no problem. I can pay my bills. How come with Firefox it now does not work? This is the second time I am having problem with Firefox and it is becoming annoying. What's the problem?

Hi friends, I need to watch Offline a series of professional videos from a website I study with. I'll be in a place with no internet for a while so I wish to know how to use the "work offline" modality to do that. Can the browser "remember" videos in the same way it remembers visited page?

I remember in the 90s / 2000s was possible to "save" pages to read Offline later on... Is that still possible?

Yesterday, I put my laptop in hibernate mode like I always do. When I turned it back on, I was greeted by Microsoft asking me to install Windows 11. Of course, I declined the offer several times. I then noticed that everything I had opened was now closed. So I opened everything up again, including Firefox.

My laptop has a wide-gamut display, and colours look oversaturated by default. It's one "feature" of this computer that I don't like. So, anyway, I had to fiddle with the color management settings in Firefox to get page elements like images and text not to look blindingly saturated. Aside from videos still being unchanged, the settings worked great for many months. Now, suddenly after this push for Windows 11, the color management has seemingly gone back to what it was like before I got it looking right. Nothing I change has any effect. Change settings. Restart browser. Nothing. Repeat that process until I'm ready to launch my laptop out the window.

I closed out and then re-opened Firefox. I refreshed the browser. I rebooted the system. Nothing. All color management settings don't take any effect.

When scrolling down I choose to read an article in a new window. When I open the new window, on the right side, a pop up window appears titled “Join the Conversation” or “More from Daily Express” blocking some of the article’s words. How can I stop this pop up window from appearing? Thanks.

I have Fire fox 4 and I wish to upgrade to Fire fox 5 or 6 , is this free? and if I do upgrade will I lose my bookmarks ? ....... I want to upgrade ! .... fire fox has improved my computer speed ....alot .........GREAT PRODUCT ...... I only wish to improve my fire fox .......and if the upgrades are free or ? ..........thanx Don L
