I returned a phone that I had for 2 weeks (the phone was a Motorola G Stylus 2024, if that's even relevant), and while I did a factory reset on the phone before returning it, I am worried that my Firefox account information is still accessible through the device.

One reason why I am worried is because, when looking at synced windows open, *everything* that I had open on there was open and accessible through my account. Another reason that I am worried is because I did not log out on the device before returning it to my local Best Buy.

It'd probably be impossible to track down the exact phone that I had, but can anything be done? Should I redo my log-in password for Firefox (or even all the sites that I used on that phone) or am I worried over nothing?

'When I set up an account with Mozilla, it was working fine, then changed to 2 factor log in. I don't know how to change it back. I would use my own email account (kemartin124@yahoo.com) but EA sets up an entire new account & Iose everything & can't get it back. I've tried to contact EA customer support but can't get a response. It's almost impossible, is there a workaround that could be done to correct it. I have a new Mozilla (FireFox) account and keep getting emails that say I need to confirm it. They include a button to do so but I'm not clicking it unless I get better information from you. Please help. The email swears my account will be deleted if I don't confirm it. What do I do?

I keep getting emails warning me that my Mozilla account and data will be permanently deleted on Monday, Nov 24, 2025 unless I sign in to my account. I have responded to these warnings by signing into my account numerous times. I'm logged into my account now, as a write this on the morning of Sunday, October 23. The log of my recent Mozilla account activity confirms that I logged into my account on July 5, October 2, November 20, and November 21 of this year (2025). Besides logging into my account, I recently added information to my profile, including a secondary email, a picture, and a display name. Yet I still received a "last chance" email from Mozilla on Saturday, Nov 22, 2025, at 10:45 PM warning me that my account and data will be permanently deleted on Monday, November 24 (please see attached image). I'm concerned that my recent Mozilla account logins are not being registered, and that consequently my account and data will be permanently deleted tomorrow despite my efforts to prevent this by logging in several times and even adding information to my profile. Please stop this from happening or instruct me on how I can stop this from happening.

I noticed when I used "bing" to search mobile web sites, it would not open pages unless I pressed F5 to refresh the page? In some case idmobile.co.uk would not work or open the page?

So I decided to change the browsers search tool and chose "duckduckgo". I then noticed at the top of the web page that it says firefox was being managed by my "work account".....? I really don't want my work to see or even manage my personal firefox account, and I would like to know, how I can stop work from accessing firefox please? Afterall I never set it up for work use, as this is my perosnal computer and nothing to do with work at all?

Perhaps you can advise me what best to do.
