When I start an email using the FF browser I'll type the address correctly but the text on the screen is gibberish. See attached photo. When I move the cursor to the subject line, the gibberish turns to plain text.

I can't copy it so I took a photo and attached it. I deleted Firefox and then reinstalled it. This did not fix the problem.

How do I fix this problem?

Sites are now crashing because Firefox has "run out of disk space"

My most full drive is only 72% full and there are multiple other drives I could switch to with terabytes of spare storage. I also have plenty of indexes free, these are only 2% used.

But how? The solution page only offers advice for clearing cookies and data. I don't want to do that.

I have tried increasing dom.storage.default_cache and dom.storage.(I can't remember the exact syntax, but it was the site specific default cache), and I then tried killing and restarting chrome, but the issue persists and it means I can't run WhatsApp in my browser anymore, currently the only Linux WhatsApp solution.

It also affects multiple sites which struggle to load the css correctly, or crash altogether (the firefox help page and deepl.com)

I’m facing an issue with Firefox where some quiz websites are not working properly. Pages either load very slowly or sometimes don’t load at all. I mainly use these sites daily, so it’s affecting my routine.

For example, when I try to open this quiz page: http://telequiz.pk/

Sometimes it works fine, but other times it gets stuck or shows incomplete content. I have already tried refreshing the page and clearing cache, but the problem still happens randomly.

Can anyone guide me on what could be causing this? Is it a browser setting, extension conflict, or something else? Also, what steps should I follow to fix it permanently?

Bonjour, lorsque je veux me connecter à ma boite mail Zimbra de Free un message indiquant "chargement en cours" s'affiche après avoir rentré mon identifiant et mot de passe mais rien ne se passe, la page indiquant se message reste fixe. Pour info je ne rencontre pas se problème lorsque je me connecte avec Google Chrome. Merci de bien vouloir m'indiquer ce qu'il y a lieu de faire pour solutionner ce problème. Cordialement,

Around July 2nd I opened FireFox to find that the text on whatever screen I was on is spaced in an ineligible form. It seems to be the correct spelling, just jumbled together. I've tried adjusting the fonts, browser acceleration, to no avail. It's becoming difficult to read, and it has only been affecting the desktop browser. It works just fine on my Mac and phone, but not my windows computer. It is the only application that does this. I've updated my drivers and all.

i've seen this before, in different older machines, but i can't remember the remedy. possibly a mouse-screen problem. it started with 150 i think...

Also in youtube, a gray layer covers the selections rendering mouse clicks impossible. clcking the logo, page reloads, but soon the layer covers most of the page. resetting graphics had no result.

I have cleared my cache but I still cannot access the open pages from the task bar. Some are trying to load but don't. They also don't shut down at once when I press the x command. Some pages are working OK.

I reinstalled Firefox and imported my bookmarks from a .json file that I made on 5/19/26. Firefox imported them but I can only open a handful of them. I can't even open Google or Yahoo mail. One time I got a message on a page that didn't open that says "Please enable JS and disable any ad blocker." I don't know how to disable JS and Google won't open so that I can find out how to do it. I have no ad blocker running.

Please let me know how this can be fixed.

I was having problems with overlays and somehow got to a page that allowed me to turn off overlays....I ignored the warning about some sites would not work properly and turned it on....now most sites do not work properly. I cannot find the page in setting to turn overlays back on. i have uninstalled and reinstalled with no results. I cannot find the page even on my other computers that i did not mess with. Where do i go to turn that switch back on?

I am no longer able to use my ai apps, like chatgpt or claude.ai because firefox will no longer allow me to upload docs or images. This is a new problem, though I have not changed any of my settings.
