I encounter this error only on my.nintendo.com. However nobody else I know encounters this (even using Firefox) and I do not encounter it on Edge browser.

When I open the site it stays for a few seconds, then loads an error page. Then this error page reloads itself every few seconds. I tried to include some Inspect tool details. Before a 404 error there are 303 and 302 responses. I live near my friends who do not have this issue (same ISP too) so it's not a regional issue. In the screenshots the four (and two more further down) red GETs below are all "304 Not Modified" status'd

I'm not sure what type of info I can dump from the browser or how, to help diagnose this. I'm on Windows 11 (though I was having this isue on my dual-booted Linux install too), on version 121.0.1 (see screenshot of About Firefox for more?)

I've been using an Ironclaw rgb for over a year now but recently switched to an old backup hp mouse since I forgot to charge the ironclaw. Ever since then my cursor would only work in firefox, even though I could still alt tab to other apps, when I tried to click them it just clicked whatever was behind it on firefox. I already switched back to my main mouse and it's only gotten worse, as now it gets stuck whenever i plug in/out the mouse, even after restarting. I've had to restart multiple times since that fixes it for a short while but then it gets stuck again.

All my passwords and sites and user name just sit there. I have to enter them manually. Screen says TURN ON FIREFOX, I WOULD LOVE TO turn it on but how?

This is a ton of work with no benefit to me

In Windows task manager, it shows Firefox using 863.9MG (it was up to 1,4485.6MB a while ago) of memory with 17 Firefox files listed under the Firefox heading. What is this? Why is it using so much memory?

Hi! Upgrading to version 100 has made Firefox completely unusable for me. Every time I open it, the "Password required" popup appears, which is normal. However, whether I enter my primary password or click "Cancel", the popup goes to the background and I cannot close it, nor click on anything in the app. In fact, I cannot even close the app except from the upper menu bar (I'm on OSX). See the attached screenshot to get an idea. Please help!!!

I don't know but I'll say that I've tried using troubleshooting mode, cleared my startup cache, reset the browser and redownloaded the entire application. this happened after I cleared some stuff from my laptop don't know if that has anything to do with it though

I am using Firefox with synchronisation mainly on 2 PCs and 1 iPhone (there are old iPhone and 1 raspberry Pi connected, but not used). I have noticed that at least for a few months Firefox password library on iPhone was missing some password I needed, but I could always look them up on either PC without problem. Usually i tried to fix this by manualy synchronizing Firefox on iPhone in settings, it always showed that it is synchronized. Today I have discovered that i have only 19 passwords saved on my PC - same as on iPhone, but yesterday there were much more (probably all, but I can not be certain). Oldest one was created on 30. 10. 2023. All other are gone, I have managed to restore some old passwords (cca 370) from october 2021. I have disconnected internet and WiFi, placed old logins.json and key4.db in current profile, opened firefox and exported them. Once internet is restored, all passwords are deleted again, only those 19 recently created stay.

I did not delete any passwords or logins or anything on any device and did not delete any file or firefox profile. Why did it delete passwords without asking? And how can I prevent this from repeating? Because this is unusable password manager that randomly decides to purge login data from time to time.

FireFox to citizensbank.com gets "Access Denied on this server." See details below. Works if use Edge. Perhaps Citizens Bank doesn't like FireFox? Sometimes it works, and other times not. Can get to front page and login page if use Edge.

Using Asus laptop, Mozilla VPN (turning vpn off doesn't change behavior), connected to net via WiFi and DSL.

Odd thing is can connect using FireFox from hardwired desktop. Desktop is fairly old, laptop fairly new.

I'm still using windows professional 7, it works for the most part. Unfortunately often the browser won't load or it will load and runs very slowly, then it shows a box saying close previous firefox. When it is running slowly I often have to hit the browser many times until the box shows up saying close previous firefox. Is this something to do with windows 7 or another completely different issue.

Every day while opening the browsing I am getting the below-mentioned error, tried many things like complete reinstallations, and selected default profiles, but nothing worked.

So I had to reset my PC last week , and hoped that the sync was running as expected to recover my bookmark and saved websites data , and no luck !

how can I get back my data !!! , I read all across the fourm and I haven't seen any direct answer to this sync issue!! can you please help in this!

I was using a macbook and I had activated the syncing option. I moved to a windows laptop and bookmarks were not synchronized for some reason, I have tried online solutions without any success, any suggestions how to recover all my data?
