Hi everyone,

I have a quick question.

Our product uses Firefox, but on March 14, 2025, the root certificate expired, and now we can't use add-ons. If we update Firefox to a newer version, the add-ons start working again—but do you know how long the certificate in the new version will be valid?

A new problem..one I've never had before. I cannot connect to my Ally Bank site using Firefox. I looked at help pages but they just confuse me. Can you give me info ( step by step if necessary) that will get me to Ally? .

All of a sudden cannot access facebook marketplace/birthdays has a blue loading line at the top of the screen ( attached) however doesn't load.

Tried deleting cache, logging in/out, restarting computer etc..

I am an old Firefox user who has been using Chrome for quite some time and now decided to go back. And now I'm wondering where the hell is the “skip all stupid warnings” button when I go to a site I trust but which nevertheless has a self-signed certificate, because I know for a fact that there used to be such a button. Moreover, your guide offers me to click the “additional” button, where I supposedly can find this very cherished button. But it's not there! So, it would be okay, specifying this site in the exceptions in the settings - that doesn't help either. Why should I waste my time on this?

On Firefox ONLY, when navigating to multiple sites, I'm getting "Access Blocked. We detected unusual activity from your device or network. Reasons may include: Rapid taps or clicks JavaScript disabled or not working Automated (bot) activity on your network (IP 97.140.47.209) Use of developer or inspection tools." I have email Mozilla for help and have searched for solutions and have found none. Most recently is happened on Etsy. Does not happen if I use Duck Duck Go, Chrome or Edge.

I’ve noticed that Firefox consumes a lot of memory, especially when I have multiple tabs open. Sometimes, it slows down my entire system, and Task Manager shows Firefox using over 1GB of RAM even with just a few tabs. Other browsers like Chrome or Edge seem to handle memory better with the same number of tabs.

I’ve tried restarting Firefox, closing unused tabs, and disabling a few extensions, but the problem keeps coming back. I even checked techsquest.com for tips, but I’m still struggling. Are there specific settings, hidden features, or optimizations I can apply to reduce Firefox’s memory usage without sacrificing performance?

Here’s what I’ve already checked:

Firefox is updated to the latest version.

No unusual extensions running (just uBlock Origin and Dark Reader).

Hardware acceleration is enabled.

Any help would be appreciated—thanks in advance!

On my computer, I can get internet for Facebook, Amazon, My Bank account and other items. But not for my Yahoo email address. On my laptop, I can get all my chosen internet apps. Its only on my computer I cant get everything. Please can you put this problem right.

I'm suddenly having to sign in to all my streaming/socials everytime I restart my PC or even update Firefox. It's annoying, and it's never happened until the last couple weeks. I have scoured the internet looking for a way to actually speak to a human being about this, to no avail. Does anyone have a phone number to an actual human being who can answer questions?

I'm on an older Macbook Pro with OS 10.12.6 My browser says it's up to date.

It seems that ever since I did a sync-up with another Macbook, glitches have appeared on this machine. One thing happening now is that some websites take forever to load in, and others won't load at all. With other sites there's no problem. I have a fiber optic connection. The speed test indicates that all is good. I did reboot recently.

I'm wondering if some sites are using advanced scripts that my older machine doesn't like, or perhaps recent updates from Firefox just don't work as well on this machine. Any suggestions??

Firefox updated this morning on my desktop (not this device) and still mid-afternoon my tabs are taking minutes to load and the LastPass extension is still grayed out, i.e. inoperable. This happens to some extent EVERY TIME IT UPDATES but this is the worst. Went out for a long lunch and still nothing works. I have things to do and have no browser! Windows 11 Home fully updated Dell Inspiron 3670 i5-8400. I’m *this close* to moving to an alternate browser but really like Mozilla and don’t want to. What can I do to fix this when it happens? I used to run Windows Update troubleshooter and it worked a lot of the time (no idea why) but it’s gone.

why does Firefox cover the whole screen when it hangs? it covers the bottom row of icons which I use to switch to a different task while I'm waiting for Firefox to finish hanging.

New update has affected the performance of Jun's Journey. Specifically, a white "mist" now covers all play areas of the June's Journey game. Wooga - the operators - advise it is not their issue. Others are experiencing the same since update

I have just noticed today that I cannot login to Reddit with FireFox. After researching the issue, I can confirm the following:

- Followed all steps in: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-and-diagnose-firefox-problems - MalwareBytes is not installed - Confirmed latest update of FireFox installed - Adblocker/Ublocker disabled - Deleted caches/cookies - Refreshed Firefox then restarted in troubleshoot mode from: Help > Troubleshoot mode > restart > refresh - Created a new profile and tested - Confirmed FireFox is not limited/restricted from accessing private/public network - Confirmed signing into Reddit from other browsers is successful

Please advise how to fix this as FireFox is my primary browser and I'd rather use it for all of my activities screenshot of the error message attached below
