Hi Team, Hope you are doing well. I am not able to install firefox on my win 11 laptop Because of the error shown below. I tried to delete all temp files, I also, restarted my laptop several times and I did the scan to check corrupted files too. Please advice on the further steps.

my wife's copy of Firefox picked up a virus. After trying several other things, I saved the profile, uninstalled FF, and installed the latest version. But when I tried starting FF I got an error message: Your Frefox profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible.

I'm trying to install version 52.9.0 of Firefox on windows XP. The file available here does nothing when I run it. Windows doesn't show any dialogues or give errors. Nothing happens. When I check on Taskar, I can see the CPU activity go up, but the installer doesn't appear as a process. I cannot load Firefox anymore. When I download the program for a reinstall, it only completes about 60% of the install before stopping. Is Google or Microsoft behind this??

So, I had an issue updating Firefox where it went into a loop... twice, and ended up re-downloading the Installer both times to force the update onto Firefox. Eventually, when it happened again a while after I restarted my computer, I managed to get it updated normally (after a tiny bit of prodding), without the need to re-download the Installer. But now, I have two additional copies of the Installer on my computer. What should I do? Should I delete the two extra Installer files, or should I not?

Hello, I use Windows 10, I downloaded Firefox using Microsoft Edge. Once it is installed, it creates an Icon then when you double click it, it does not open, even when I try to open as administrator and it opens, it does not look like a Firefox page because it is a blank page. I am trying to install firefox on my new work laptop. The OS is Windows 11 Pro. It came with an ARM CPU. Specifically: Snapdragon(R) X Elite - X1E80100 - Qualcomm(R) Oryon(TM) CPU. Everytime I try and install Firefox, which is probably over 10 tries by now, it fails with generic errors. I have tried cleaning everything Firefox related off the PC before subsequent attempts and still get the same errors. I am including a screenshot of what I see shortly after starting the install process.

I want to download and install Firefox on my new iMac. As administrator it downloads but the instellation won't run. As a user it downloads and I can move the icon into the application folder. Firefox then opens but it won't run. Everything is frozen. What is going on??

Hi, just tried to access Firefox via an existing PC desktop short cut and it said "The item "firefox.exe that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved, so this shortcut will no longer work properly. Do you want to delete this shortcut?" Not sure why it's suddenly done this.Should I delete the app via "Add remove" and re-install.
