For some reason could not get signed in
I tried signing in and my password letters kept disappearing.
I can't log into my Kohls acct on my computer. I think I may have set up my settings wrong, but have no problem on my phone.

When I try to "sign into" Firefox using Google Chrome, I see the following message: "This account is not active. Please contact an administrator if you believe this is an error." I do not know how to contact an administrator. I do not see this statement when I sign into Firefox using my Firefox browser. Maybe (I think) the issue is that I need to use my Firefox browser to "sign into" Firefox (and, not Google Chrome). Thank you for your comments about this.

I have been using Firefox for a long time without any problem. An update was loaded onto my laptop and now when I try to sign on through my iPhone when I go to menu, there is no selection to sign in. And as a result, I am pretty much dead in the water.
I'm still connected on my iPhone but not on Mac. I do not have the key. Can this be fixed?

My previous Firefox account under the email m**********i@*****ail.com has been locked. The message says it was locked due to a returned confirmation email, but the email is working fine now — I’m currently receiving emails from Firefox.
I’m unable to log into the old account to resolve the issue or change the email. I have since created a new account (this one), but I would like to recover access to the original account if possible.
