I can't watch youtube videos because the player is hidden idk, i just see blank space in the place where the player should be, but in private window youtube works. What happened and what should i do to fix this?

I'm using this shortcut all the time and I recently found out it doesn't work as expected. From the Firefox documentation the ctrl+shift+t should re-open the latest closed tab, but this is not the case for me, it always re-open the latest closed window. Which behave exactly as ctrl+shift+n.

From my short research it's not possible to customize Firefox shortcuts without using an extensions, therefore I also don't know how to verify if the shortcuts have changed just form my browser/configuration.

I had a dedicated Firefox webpage popup yesterday that listed all my open tabs, tab history. I closed it before I noted the address and how I got there. I searched through my browsing history and I don't see it. I have never been able to access that page before. How do I bring it up again?

I have latest version of firefox on my windows 10 dell inspiron 7560 ... I have been using firefox for about 18 years now

system info - i7 - 8GB RAM, windows 10, one 128 GB SSD and other 512GB SSD

Since yesterday, it has been crashing after every 2-5 minutes; in troubleshooter mode as well...

I ran Windows RAM memory test, it turned out to be okay... I ran a Dell hardware test, it informed me that my fan is not working properly; though I doubt its the reason for my Firefox crashing

On certain websites, I see that the background color of the new tab page replaces the default background color making the content unreadable, example:

Here's what I see (see the firsrt attached screenshot). Now, if I open the same URL in Private browsing, the background color changes too (see the second screeenshot). In the 3rd screenshot I'm adding the reference rendering, that's how I expect this website to render (Edge).

In the screenshot 1 and 2, the background color is exactly the same as the one used by the new tab page when I open a new tab.

Questions: 1) Why is that? 2) Can I change that?

I have a long (19000px) table with a sticky row at the top. On Safari or Chrome it works fine. On Firefox it works for around 800 px and then becomes 'unsticky'.

Is this a known behaviour?

There are three accounts I have to use regularly to pay bills.

On the two others, banners come up that say FF is unsupported. Both still usable for the moment, But the future....

I fear FF is going to become unusable/irrelevant in my work-flow in the near-term future if the trend in my skewed sample continues.

Firefox updated to version 131.0 64 bit. Bill payment functions on my banking web site stopped working. I cleared cache and cookies and restarted PC but didn't fix it. I tried using Microsoft Edge and the banking web site worked as always. The bank IT person said it was a Firefox problem. Also, the site says not to block 3rd party cookies, enable cookie tracking and cross-site tracking. In Firefox, I made all changes to allow these things for this site but it still doesn't work. Looks like the latest Firefox update is causing a problem that always worked in the past, while trying to fix something else.

I use Google search and do not like the AI overview feature. In the Chrome, Edge, and Opera browser I've added an extension that blocks the AI. What I've noticed when I use FF I see no AI results when using Google search and I've not added an AI overview block extension. Is there something different about FF that prevents AI results from showing without the need for an extension? I look forward to your comments. Thanks

Fire Fox (Mozella) browser appears to be censuring content? In Fire Fox, when I read Fox Digital, I cannot see the comments any more when I’m signed in nor, signed in or not, the display boxes containing X posts and links. In the Federalist articles I can get the comments when I’m signed in, but the X content in them are not displayed. Comments in Yahoo are missing too. I tried changing Browser Privacy settings in Fire Fox, turning off my VPM, ad blockers, and tracker blockers but it does not correct the problem. All this content is available in Duck Duck Go and Edge browsers. Perhaps I have something I’m not aware of turned on but… Here’s two links to check out in Fire Fox then another browser.

When visiting Springer's websites (and others), I cannot select any text using Firefox (but I can with Chrome). I cannot find the setting to modify to enable this ability (text selection).

my extensions got unpinned and the new tab button is gone, the tab overview is gone, the extension button is to the left of the address bar, the back and forward buttons are to the left of the address bar, the back and forward button are swapped, WHY.

Hello, Does anyone else experiencing random firefox crashes ? It shuts off with no erros at random points. It started happening after recent update, where mozilla decided to remove the option that allowed to hide "list all tabs" which is moronic.. I updated my drivers to the latest. Hello! Everything was fine until I briefly used a VPN extension for maximum 10 minutes (it's UrbanVPN), and when I returned to the tab with the youtube video on it, it had no sound (I've used this particular extention plenty of times, it's the first time this has happened, also I don't know if it has anything to do with the extension, I just thought I should mention it). Laptop is fine, all sound everywhere else works perfectly, except from any video played from the mozilla browser. I took some advice from online: I restarted the computer, I selected troubleshooting, I typed about:profiles and selected 'Restart normally', nothing has worked so far. The only thing I haven't done yet is disabling graphics hardware acceleration, an advice from mozilla support for a similar problem a person had 6 years ago (no sound on youtube), but I can't find where that is, maybe because I have the latest mozilla version. Could you help me?

Restore the new tab button to the tabs bar, as well as the ability to put extension icons on the toolbar! There was no reason to remove these and it's highly inconvenient with these new changes!

The bookmarks sidebar disappearing is creating inconvenience and I´m always having to use CNTL-B to recover it, even after I have selected View/Sidebar/Bookmarks which has a tick. Each time I change sites it deletes the tick.

I checked the about:config toobars and I cannot find it, or am I in the wrong place ?
