The website mylotto.co.nz has been blocking Firefox for many months now and when I rang them to find out what the problem is they just say they are having problems but it was obvious that the person there was reading a script and fobbing me off. This has been going for many months now a problem would have been fixed by now. I would like to know if you can bring pressure to bear on them to get reinstated again. Hello, Since a couple of weeks I'm facing a strange issue on my Firefox installed on my desktop (arch linux) where the suggestions window that appears when clicking the URL address bar, is shifted upwards and covers the address bar itself and the majority of the bookmarks. Has anyone experienced a similar issue and is able to point me towards some troubleshooting steps? Thanks!

I'm on Windows 11 Pro 23H2. This is a pristine installation, downloaded from mozilla.org, default settings, no add-ons. - Firefox 126.0.1. - There are no cookies, history or cache to clean, since it's a fresh installation. - Connection settings is set default to "Use system proxy settings", although I've also tried setting it up to "No proxy", then restarting Firefox completely, then trying again with a new domain. No change. - DNS over HTTPS is set default to "Default protection". I've also set it to "Off", then restarting Firefox completely, then trying again with a new domain. No change.

I don't what else to try and I don't know what's wrong with Mozilla Firefox.

During the past week, my open tabs will crash when I try to open them. All new tabs will crash. There are no crash reports. I cleared my cache but retained cookies. My temporary fix is to close and reopen Firefox. That works until I open another new tab.

I had a set of Firefox bookmarks but when I signed into my Firefox on my Surface Pro 3, Firefox automatically imported my Chrome browser. I went back to the library to restore it and the old version was not there.

How do I get my Firefox bookmarks back. I tried to get them from my Android phone and it also has the wrong bookmarks.

Hi there, It won't accept my primary password even though I know it is the right one,it has always been fine and has never changed. I have entered it so many times now still the same.I don't want to go through the resetting and loose all my info, I couldn't anyway as it will not accept my primary password to be able to. I cannot copy anything from the Firefox browser. Copying works in every other application on my PC. Running Windows 11 Home and Firefox 126.0.1 (64 bit). I can copy things from other applications such as wordpad or Chrome and paste them into Firefox, but as I said, cannot copy anything from Firefox itself. Highlighting text in Firefox gives me the option to copy it, but when I do that and then try to paste it elsewhere, the paste option is grayed out. I have already tried a refresh of Firefox and a complete uninstall and reinstall. This issue has persisted for months, but today was the day I set aside time to fix it, and thus far I have failed. Please help me restore full functionality to Firefox!

Keep getting pop-ups from networkrush.co.in and speednetworkdevice.co.in both of which are identified as malware. Any way to block them?

I have avg vpn. My firefox settings have a notice that "your browser is being managed by you organization. Can you please confirm this is avg vpn and not an unauthorized third party?

Soooo! everytime I try to open cloudflare, no matter what site it comes from, the connection refuses to go through and I'm only having this problem on firefox, I came from opera gx, had no problems with cloudflare till now!

For years I have used Firefox as my preferred internet browser, and most of the time it's OK. Recently, however, when trying to log on to my bank accounts, I get the message "Log on error. You need to enable cookies in your browser to logon to Internet Banking." How do I do this? In the meantime I am using another browser and can log on successfully there.

Never had this problem before. I get the same message when attempting tp access Home Depot.

I visited about:support for the first time today, and I notice a list of Add-ons I was unaware of (i.e. I did not installed these), and I have questions.

Some of these made me think about the search shortcuts I see in Firefox's search setting:

Are these preinstalled in the Firefox browser? What is their function? Are the search shortcuts and these add-ons associated?

Hi, I don't know if this is a problem or not, but my Inbox says I have 2 unread messages but I can't seem to find them. They usually show up in bold to alert me that they are unread, but I cannot find these messages at all and don't know where to look for them. This happened once before and I discovered that they were embedded in a thread that someone had replied to but didn't show up to where I could easily see it. I had to search through all my threads to find it. I am only having this problem on my computer running Windows 11. My ipad shows everything as being read. Any help would b appreciated. Thank you,

I've been banging my head against a wall trying to figure this one out. Every time a video plays on youtube, reddit, etc it will show normal colors for a split second then it will darken it and wash out the colors. Not sure what is causing this.

Things I've tried: gfx.color_management.native_srgb to true in about:config Changing video settings in nvidia control panel Turning off hardware acceleration Restarting browser and PC Updating browser and video drivers, windows as well Turning off all extensions Trying with codecs both deactivated and reactivated

No other browser does this and ALSO when I run firefox in private mode it doesn't happen and videos run normally. Also when I try to record or take a screenshot of it it looks normal. Thank you for any assistance.

I am unable to have autofill at all, every guide will direct me to somewhere in the settings that does not exist. Do I need to download a seperate add on?
