Commenting works fine on other browsers and the mobile app but doesn't work on firefox specifically. I do not have any extensions.

I have an issues sign in when I attempt to open my bookmarked tab (YouTube). When I google "YouTube" I get a youtube page however, it displays that I am not signed in. When I click on the sign in tab, I receive a troubleshoot window. I will include a screenshot here to help. I have corresponded with Youtube and they have provided me with many links to fix the problem, and nothing helped. I believe this is a FIREFOX issue. Can you please assist me with this problem as it is necessary for my schoolwork. In advance thank you for your time

Also various other sites wont load with an error message captcha incorrect, but no captcha shows on the screen. It's getting frustrating waiting for websites to load and getting no results. A number of important (to me), websites (pension and wages) ask for login details, including password, pin and in some cases using 2FA, will not still allow me access. I have tried changing the passwords etc. However, this seems only to allow access one time only. I am entering the passwords correctly and other info but I can not consitantly access the web pages. I do not use google or Bing search, only Firefox and Duck Duck Go. The last time I was able to use the passwords etc freely was around mid December 2024. I have searched for probable cause and remedy but all to no avail. If I try to access on my iPhone or tablet I can access some but not all. I did have Dashlane on my PC and laptop but have since deleted it. It was not on phone or tablet.
