The last automatic browser update (147.0.3 (aarch64)) has wiped off all changes I made to bookmarks and passwords from the past year.

How can I go back to a previous version and recover my details?

This browser version is terrible and looks exactly like Microsoft Edge which is not intuitive at all. I don't want to set up multiple personas, Its just me and the one computer?

I went into settings and searched passwords. then clicked onto saved passwords and tried removing what I thought was the password for a site. However when I log into the site the password continues to autofill. I'm wondering if I'm not getting to the right spot to deal with autofilling passwords?

I have removed many gb of apps to try and address this issue today but can't stop Firefox from using an insane amount of memory. What's up? I've been using Firefox for years and have never had this issue until today. I'd like to keep using your browser but I can't if my computer keeps shutting down.

when using the built-in Payment Methods feature in Firefox, I find it quite difficult to distinguish between multiple saved cards, especially when they are visually very similar.

In my case, I’m working with several Stripe test cards for development, and they often only differ in subtle details (like the last digits). This makes it easy to pick the wrong card during checkout or testing.

Is there currently a way to add a custom description or label to a saved payment card (for example “Stripe test – successful payment” or “Stripe test – 3D Secure”) that would be shown in the card selection dialog?

If not, is this something that’s planned or already discussed as a potential improvement? From a developer’s perspective, this would be a big usability win.

i got an update message and restarted firefox. now all my saved bookmarks and passwords for accounts has disappearred. how do i get them back? under settings, it doesn't give me option to import from previous firefox

firefox is keeping me from accessing certain sites. why. do i need to switch to safari to access the sites. they do load on safari. can it be fixed or do i need to change?

When Fox News has a new article and I click on it to read, I now get a 500 Error over a blank page. Is there a way to correct this? It has never happened before and only seems to have appeared in the last update of last week.

When a video is popped out, in PiP mode, and the "owning" page is scrolled such that the video "origin" scrolls off the viewport, the PiP video pauses. If the video is started again, and the page is scrolled more, it will re-pause.

This seems to be a Firefox behaviour and not a site-specific one.

Is there a setting to keep the video to continue playing?

This would be helpful on Twitter/X, for example, when scrolling the timeline with a PiP playing from a tweet.

Looking at my Firefox 147.0.1 settings for macOS 26.2 (Apple M1), I'm trying to adjust two settings:

-- I'd like to remove Languages -> English (GB) (its existence has odd side effects, like triggering United Airlines to offer fares in Pounds Sterling, and I'd prefer to just have English (US))

-- I'd like to disable Play Audio and Video for about:welcome (in regular and private windows)

I can see no way to accomplish this currently -- why?

My old laptop computer completely died. I installed Firefox on my new computer. However, after signing back into Firefox, my stored passwords and tabs were not available. How do I find/recover saved login passwords and tabs? I am a long-time Firefox user and had a lot of stored information that I assumed would follow my account.
