okay this just is bad as of today and last Firefox update and with all extensions off . this is what i got when i tried to post and watch a video. it happens on all the videos on Facebook i have tried contacting them as well and that is an almost impossibility it is only in Firefox they work in chrome and edge i even tried reinstalling Firefox ans still get bland black screen I have tried turnoff extension and still this is what i get

FF 115.27.0 esr Desktop Win 7 Pro 64 bit. I regularly use a web site where the drop down box and other link do not work. https://nypost.com/us-news/. Nothing happens when click on the "Section" drop down at top of page. When get to the bottom of the page and click "See more stories" nothing happens. The web site works fine if I use Chrome on this pc and when I use FF on my Win 10 pc. I have tried disabling add-ons, start FF in Troubleshoot mode, refreshing FF, and disabling Tracking Protection. About the only thing I have done is remove FF and re-install. Any ideas?

This morning I went to check my email on gmail, and google asked me to sign in again. Easy, I thought. I entered my account, and then google asked for my passkey. Until this morning this meant that on my mac it would ask me to place my finger on the right key on the keyboard. This morning it just froze firefox indefinitely. I then tried on Safari, and it worked as expected. I checked the version of firefox: it's 136.0.1. Obviously something changed (i.e. broke!) with the new version. Has anybody else experienced this? Any suggested fixes?

I play https://crazyshooters.com/ and https://crazyshooters2.com/ a lot! But the game became laggy since Firefox 148 and my ping spikes up. Other browsers play fine. I am on Linux Mint if that helps. (147 and below run fine)

for some reason my youtube tv claims it needs to be updated so can not watch tv in settings it claims to be the latest version 115.29 but google claims it is 144.01 so have no clue how to update if that is why I can not watch tv trying to ask mozilla is pointless with there b/s excuses which is part of firefox

It is impossible to access a certain website using Firefox mobile. Edge, Chrome and safari work fine. I tried to turn protection off but it makes no difference. Why is this happening? Site is www.hlc.bike a large b2b distributor in the cycling world.

Been like this ever since I installed FF mobile.

This is the reply I received from Protonmail: They say the latest version of Firefox caused the issue and is happening on other services as well. We have been using FF exclusively for decades and this is frustrating! Are you in fact working to resolve the issue on your end? Thank you.

The Merrill Lynch login screen does not appear. Ad blockers are disabled; the problem does not appear with other browsers. Screenshots are attached for the same site using FF and Edge. I asked this question a few weeks ago but never got an answer. I'm using FF 153.03 64-bit

'bold text YouTube is "acting insane, sound plays/picture is frozen. Can't pause it. Also can't start it! Ads play on without option to skip. I got some notice that YT was changing something, I think it is broken. I managed to get a video to play on MS Edge, but I normally do not use that. I cleared cache and ALL of that, rebooted computer, etc. connection is good. Searches are fine on firefox, Other sites are fine on firefox. . IT IS YOUTUBE! When I try to make a Google search I get the following message, "I'm not a robot" with a reCAPTCHA: "Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network. This page checks to see if it's really you sending the requests, and not a robot. Why did this happen?". This happens on Firefox, but not Chrome or Edge. If I 'Allow' Google in the 'Exceptions - Cookies and Site Data' then I do not get the message, but it takes several seconds for Google display the resulting page. However, if I delete the cookies/cache the message will return and I have to redo the reCAPTCHA. I have scanned with Malwarebytes, Bitdefender, Hitman Pro, Trend Micro House Call and Microsoft Defender, nothing detected. Running Win 10 (64) with 'Extended Security Updates', Firefox 147.0 (64), no additional Extensions or Plugins. Also I uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox.

macOS 15.6 Firefox 141.0.3 - my preferred browser

I've seen a number of posts regarding this problem since the Firefox 141 update. I've tried a number of suggestions, although my problem seems slightly different.

I can apparently login to reddit OK but when I try to access a subreddit thread, a warning comes up - see image.

I have cleared Firefox site data, cookies, cached files, etc - problem remains.

I have restarted Firefox in Troubleshooting mode - problem remains, so not an extension.

However, https://old.reddit.com has no problems with Firefox, lets me access threads, etc and comment.

No problems accessing reddit with Safari or DuckDuckGo browser.

I can no longer access my local TrueNAS server nor router via Firefox. My current version is 133.0.3. Safari has no trouble. Firefox gives no warning, no Advanced button, no option to bypass security. All I get is: "Unable to connect An error occurred during a connection to 192.168.0.102.

   If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection.

I have tried so many settings, troubleshootings, workarounds, I can't begin to list them. It happens in troubleshooting mode. I have created SSL certificates on the server many different ways to no avail. I'm thinking I will have to abandon Firefox with it's obscure, no-way-through security. But I wanted to ask for help first. Please help.

after the last Firefox update the zynga game Farmville 2 will not load. It gives me a screen to fix mentioning chrome..but all efforts to manually fix referencing Firefox have failed. Odd that I can load the plain Zyngagames.com on Edge but it seems they too only load a "local" game that is not connected to any network. Help also mentions to make sure I allow to redirect but that "Options" feature to do so is not there. In fact it seems like the Firefox menu system is even much different and expanded. I will add the screens I have tried etc. Pop ups are allowed, turned off enhanced etc. but cannot find any reference to "third party redirects" Any suggestions are appreciated.

For few days, it's impossible to connect to FACEBOOK. I have the latest version of FIREFOX, but I have to use another web browser (EDGE) to connect to FACEBOOK. The problem is the same with my two computers with the latest WINDOWS.

I recently installed an rtx 3060 12gb on my old system (Win10, ga-h77-ds3h gen3 mobo + xeon ivy bridge cpu). I installed latest Nvidea Studio drivers. Everything seems fine apart from Firefox, which showed visible artifacts/flickering lines on the screen. I disabled hw acceleration in Firefox settings and now instead of the lines I just see micro dots which change position frequently. As recommended by AI i changed some other settings in about:config but the tiny dots are still there. Starting Firefox in safe mode they are still there. On MS Edge its fine, there are no dots/artifacts.

Is there something else that might fix this or there is nothing that can be done, its just how the rendering engine works on older systems and rtx 30s cards?
