Dear Sir I went to an organization on 21/03/2022 for assistant on an issue, in processing the matter I need to open my yahoo mail box for the relate documents within my mail. A lady who assistant me use her lap top computer to open my mail box - I enter my pass word, then a window camp up to asked if I want to save my pass word (with dark color) or not,(with gray color) I was in a stage of rush I just click on right top Conner 'x' she took her computer to other room ( in where I can not see ) I was too naive and don't know if all of my mails had been read by them? - It is my privacy. When I got home I was worried and at next day I changed my yahoo mail pass word. As my pass words are saved within Firefox when I want to open a site it is auto fill the pass word. 1: Is my pass word will saved in that lady's computer? 2: Although I have changed my yahoo mail pass word is it safe? Can that lady able to get to Firefox to see my saved pass word and open my email box? - explore all my emails? Please help I am really worried. I look forward to hearing form you soon. Thank you. Image url has jpg at the end, when I save, the extension is webp. webp opens as darkened version of the original image in browser. How to disable webp and save normal fiel that won't be dark? Using Windows 10. Suddenly, Mozilla gives the "Firefox is already running, but is not responding. The old Firefox process must be closed to open a new window" message. I've tried all steps listed on the help site except reinstalling Windows 10, as the comment made said this would require reinstalling programs that did not come pre-installed on my PC, which I don't want to do if possible. I have uninstalled Mozilla, and the install stalls at about 70% with the aforementioned error message. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

My work consists mainly of capturing accounting data online. It is important that the browser warns me if I try to close or navigate away from a page if the data entered has not been saved or updated, but I no longer get these warnings.

I upgraded my FireFox to the latest version 88.0 today, and noticed some changes on right click menu. In the old version, the keyboard shortcut key is a to copy a link, but now it was changed to L. That is really inconvenient. As you know, when you right click a link using the mouse, your right hand is still holding the mouse, and not easy to press the letter L on the keyboard.

The old menu option is "Copy Link Locaton", but the new one is "Copy Link".

Is it possible to customize the keyboard shortcut of right click menu, please?

In the new version of the Developer Edition the options "close tabs to the right" and "close other tabs" are in a sub-menu named "Close Multiple Tabs" inside the context menu. Is there's a way to change this so that they will appear directly in the main context menu? I use "close tabs to the right" often and I find this very annoying.

Running Firefox 71.0 (64 bit)

Well seems Firefox has been messing this up again.

Anyone have the new work around solution to get my tabs back on the bottom again. They were fine this morning then shut down and went out to lunch and when I came back they were back on the top again after months of being where I wanted them below my bookmark bar.

Thoughts on this?

Recently Firefox updated. It cleared all of my bookmarks and browser history isn't reloading my last session. I can get the bookmarks from Chrome. The big issue is how do I reintegrate Avast Passwords eol version? Without this I need to use Chrome which isn't my ideal choice.

Just now, after a massive and catastrophic SUPER-MELTDOWN-crash that arbitrarily decided to absolutely murder my day, ALL my tabs and windows and ALL history of "Recently Closed" tabs and windows is gone!

THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!

What is the reason for the existence of a SYNC feature if it isn't to MAKE SURE that a record of open tabs and windows is SECURELY maintained no matter how many times the application crashes, so that AT ALL TIMES, this information is kept INTACT, regardless of the state of the end users device? That is BY FAR the most important part of the sync feature! Are you telling me that there is no backup process of that information?

This is the kind of thing I never expected from you guys at Mozilla. I've been using Firefox for MANY years because I trust what you do. Today that trust has been SEVERELY and BRUTALLY wounded, most likely beyond repair...

I need you to fix this...

I need you to recover that information for me and I need you to make sure that what just happened could never, ever happen again unless God himself caused every digital storage unit on earth to disintegrate.

How to allow web page to override a keyboard shortcut. Currently firefox picks up the shortcut instead of the webpage...

For example I have an webpage that detects ctrl-shift-h which worked fine in version 56 but now in version 96 it brings up a "Show All History" dialog

Up until the latest FF release, opening an .ics (calendar file) link defaulted to the OS's preferred application; in my case Outlook. Now, every time I click on an .ics link FF asks where I want to save the file. I schedule ZOOM meetings all day and heavily rely on this feature.

I tried looking in FF's Files and Applications section in settings and .ics is not even listed as a file extension. I don't know how to add it.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

I'm hiding menu items using userChrome.css with option “toolkit.legacyUserProfileCustomizations.stylesheets” set to “true”.

So I am hiding some menu items like for example

1. menu_find { display: none !important }

however though the menu item is gone how do I get rid of the ctrl-F menu shortcut...

I have many such menu items to remove so I need a generic solution to override the short-cut icons associated with the menu items I want to remove

Edit: So, yeah, I need help getting this tag off. I'm new to Firefox so it could be something obvious I'm missing. I have also tried CTRL+SHIFT+R to reload the page for changes and also closed and reopened my Firefox entirely.

Hi, new updates on Version 98.0.1 quite a hassle for me. It auto-download all my files even when I just want to view. Is there any other way to disable this feature? I opened Setting>Download but there is no disable button or checkbox for that. Please help me. Thank you in advance.

I also got a message when I tried to access Amazon that indicated the connection was not secure. I rebooted the laptop & that fixed Amazon problem but not this Access denied problem - Your browser might be a little too safe if it can't connect to common websites
