Animation triggers my migraines.

Many, many, many websites trigger zooming animation on mouseover. I can reduce the frame rate to help deanimate this, but I would rather not animate it at all.

On the whole, I think it'd be easier to block all these effects. How can I do that in Firefox?

I'd prefer to still see where links would lead without clicking on them. And I'd prefer to get tooltips working, but I increase mouse cursor sizes, so they're already broken.

EVERY SINGLE TIME FIREFOX UPDATES THEY OPEN A NEW TAB AND ADVERTISE FEATURES AND GARBAGE I DO NOT CARE ABOUT.

DESPITE EVERY SETTING IMAGINABLE, IT STILL DOES IT. EVERY TIME.

WHY? WHY DO YOU NOT RESPECT YOUR USER'S REQUESTS AND CONTINUE TO DO THIS?

WE ALL REMEMBER THE TIME YOU SHOVED ADVERTISEMENTS INTO IT.

I"D RATHER PAY FOR FIREFOX THAN HAVE THIS RIDICULOUS GARBAGE HAPPEN EVERY TIME YOU UPDATE THE APPLICATION.

MAKE A SETTING FOR THIS OR SOMETHING THAT YOU WON'T JUST IGNORE OR OVERRIDE THE NEXT TIME YOU WANT TO SPAM YOUR ENTIRE USER BASE

I have enabled the option to open the previous windows and tabs. I had one window that I always closed last as it had a lot of groups that are important for my work, so it used to open every time I started Firefox. Sometimes, even if I closed the window by mistake without closing other windows, I was able to get it back by pressing ctrl+shift+n.

But yesterday, I might have closed it by mistake and when I pressed ctrl+shift+n , it didn't come back. I wasn't able to access my window and now it's all gone. I don't see anything in recently closed windows in history.

I need those tabs back as they are very important for my work. they were a lot of tabs. I had many groups but now all are gone. I tried by using the previous.jsonlz4 in the sessionstore-backup by renaming it in the default-release profile as sesstionstore.jsonlz4 but still wasn't able to access my window.

I didn't clear my history as the tabs opened in the window still show up in the history.

Kindly help as soon as possible

Issue Summary: My website (mass-doc.com) displays blank thumbnails in Firefox's New Tab "Recent Activity" section, while other websites (Claude.ai, Ahrefs, FamilySearch, Fox News, Xfinity) display their OG images correctly in the same section. Environment: Extensions Installed: uBlock Origin, FireShot (both tested disabled with no change)

All my data that I had in Firefox is gone. I have been using Firefox for 3 years now and had bookmarks and accounts set up. Today I opened firefox and logged in and they asked for recovery key out of nowhere now all my data is gone. If I dont get access to my bookmarks and saved accounts I will be switching to a different browser.

I can't open my Gmail in Firefox, my profile in Google Account on the top right Gmail is missing. When I click on this the the account box comes up with the blue line continious running? When I click to open my Gmail the yellow loading box comes on top middle of Gmail

Hi! I'm having a really weird problem with fonts in Firefox on my Macbook Pro M1 14-inch 2021. Specifically, the fonts in the bookmark sidebar appear to be corrupted and replaced with nonsense characters that have a lot of accents. I've tried rebooting, clearing all Firefox cookies and site data, reinstalling Firefox from an earlier version on my Apple Time Machine (from a time when I didn't have this problem), checking to see if the problem persisted when all extensions were disabled (it did, even after restart with all extensions disabled), and a reboot in safe mode. The reboot in safe mode temporarily fixed the problem and I was pretty excited, but it came back. I tried updating my Mac from Sequoia to the most recent OS (Tahoe 26.2), and the problem was still there, so I tried rebooting in Safe Mode again and the problem went away, but only while I remained in Safe Mode. This time the problem came back when I reopened in regular mode. So whatever the problem is, it's something that Safe Mode counteracts. Can someone help me figure out what's wrong?

I just bought my boyfriend a new iMac. We are having trouble loading many sites and platforms using the latest Firefox browser. The list is growing but includes Facebook, Meetup, Wikipedia, chess.com, nytimes.com - in all cases, rather than a login screen, we get an error message or a home page loads with no access to other pages or login area. I've cleared the cache, restarted, tried going directly to the site to log in, but nothing works. Everything is fine when using Chrome, but we prefer Firefox. Is this a conflict in the new Apple OS? Is there a fix?

Hi, how do i enable microphone access to dictate to ChatGPT? When i go to my Monzilla Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone a window opens that states: the following websites have requested permission to your microphone. ChatGPT is not listed and there is no option to manually add a new permission. Can you help? Thank you

My browser has been acting off lately, it takes a longer amount of time than usual to even open gmail. Sometimes, it just fails to connect to a server and keeps loading forever and just stops (including gmail).
