Hi there,

I woke up this morning and opened firefox. Normally it opens the days previous tabs and this morning it didn't. When I tried 'restore recent tabs' it didn't do it. When I went into history and found the previous day's back up and tried to restore it also failed. Can you help?

This has happened several times in the last 4 months or so, it had never happened prior to that and I've used Firefox for years. It now occurs when I open Firefox after my computer has either been shutdown, or the computer does a restart. I am signed in to my Mozilla account.

with this new version i lost everything i need to get back to an older version and get all my extentions my bookmarks back all my s desktop items that i had linked to firefox are gone i can no longer get face book or anything back to firefox book marks every thing i had with firefox

My mac froze, force quit did not work, unplugged it, turned it back on, all bookmarks were gone and not able to add new ones. Would like to restore old bookmarks and add new ones.

Restarted my PC; all of my bookmarks disappeared. NOT acceptable. (Or is this just another "improvement" from Firefox . . . ?)

Where did they go; how do I retrieve them?

Really don't want to wait days until there's a response, as I DO USE MY BOOKMARKS ALL OF THE TIME.

I am looking to Restore yesterday Firefox have lost all my pin tabs when I opened this morning the browser how can I get my old stuff back? Please help me out. Thanks

it looks like mozillo ambushed me, did away with all of my setting I spent years getting where I wanted them and left a folder called Old firefox data on my desk top. how do I make it look and act like the old firefox? I do not want the side bar I want the icons on the same line as the search bar. I want firefox to be my default everything like it was. I hate edge but it seams the only way i could get rid of it was to uninsal firefox and reintal this new pink firefox home page. I want my home page to be foxnews. how do I restore everything from teh old data filke to this confusing new page?

after the last update all my password saved are gone i cannot access many accounts becasue i dont have the password or login i am very upset that i trusted firefox to keep my password now i am in trouble can you please help me to recover my saved password

i could n tlog in into my account becasue i forgot the password so i reset a new password hoping to see my saved password but du=idnt work

With this latest update - which I hate by the way - I LOST EVERYTHING THAT I HAD SAVED ON FIREFOX. Bookmarks, passwords, EVERYTHING is missing.

I'm beyond angry. Recreating things will take HOURS that I don't have.

If there is someway to recover what I had you can begin to get back in my good graces.

I'm trying to restore bookmarks after latest update. I get to the Import and Backup dropdown and pick Restore. there is nothing listed. I can go into my "C" Drive and find my "bookmarkbackups" folder and see the files. How can I get it reinstalled?

Without my bookmarks I cannot operate. Bookmarks are a number 1 for me whilst using a browser. I will not use a Browser if there are no bookmarks - which there isnt at the moment on Firefox. They have gone. Unless this is fixed I am going to have to use a different browser. BYE Bye.

Like many people apparently, firefox on most of my gadgets has erased all my bookmarks (including the usual backups). I'm trying to recover with other browsers, but in the meantime, I'm curious about whether there's a succssful way to recover it. Replacing "Bookmarks" with a history of my requests isn't nearly the same thing. ;-)

I had my computer fixed due to a virus and now I can't get my old firefox with all my saved passwords back. How can I get it back. I'm using my same email address.
