Hi there. The Netflix homepage is no longer displayed properly. Only the headlines are visible without the thumbnails (see screenshot 1). Netflix is properly displayed in screenshot 2 which was taken in an other browser. Can somebody please help me to solve this problem. Many thanks.

How can i talk to tech support? unable to share screen on both zoom and ms teams. also, limited function within browswer and zero access to both ms teams and zoom via application outside browser. per endnote tech support, the problem with either apple or firefox. i need to go through the process of elimination where is the problem originating.

I am receiving messages from my banks that my browser is no longer supported or that I should update my browser but my settings mean Firefox automatically updates. However, I cannot read PDF statements even though I have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed and, on further investigation, I see that Firefox no longer supports Adobe Reader. I am a fierce supporter of Firefox but does this mean I have to use another browser?

Hi, I have an old PC with Win7 and Firefox 115.30.0esr (64-bit) (latest version from 11 november 25) and this website cultuursmakers.be has problems aka differences with Firefox 141.0.3 (of my Android tablet) and other browsers such as Chrome. The green heading block overlaps and hide the upper part of the content block. For example, if you select inloggen (log in), then you see that the user name (naam) is not visible and only the box for the password is shown. Work around: Right click on the header and select Inspect. In the Inspector (html column) select the header tag. In the Inspector (css column) uncheck in the '.header.--fixed' selector the line 'position: fixed;' Now the content block shifts down and all content is visible. Can you verify / fix that? You did an update to Firefox about two weeks ago & now I can't login. Had to call EDD yesterday & today to talk to an IT specialist. She told me that Mozilla never contacted California EDD & for the last two weeks people, myself included haven't been able to login. She told me to use Chrome or Microsoft Edge, both of which I absolutely HATE to use. Well guess what I was able to login using Microsoft Edge.

Here's the steps Login They send you a 6 digit text code. You enter the code Then you get a pop up message that something went wrong & call the 833 - 876 - 9333 for the IT dept. Which only takes about 20+ trys to get someone.

PLEASE CORRECT THIS SITUATION!!!!

I have used Directv for 30 years. My password has suddenly become unusable. I can say I forgot the password and change it and it is accepted, but when I try to sign on, it still says something went wrong. I changed it a total of 2 additional times with the same results. Then I gave up and went over to Edge where it worked fine. Has anyone else had a problem line this.

I'm unable to log in to Telephone Service Co. - TSC Wapakoneta, Ohio website using Firefox, but Internet Explorer logs in OK. TSC Customer Service indicated problem was in Firefox, but Firefox seems to work OK on other sites. TSC suggested I clear cache & cookies. Is this a good idea? If so, how do I do that?

My new computer is having issues when I open a page some of the writings are coming out broken up and unreadable and the tech people at my computer company I brought it from says that the problem is the browser and not the driver. This problem only happens in Firefox and not Edge, can you help?

A website that I have used for years to track my wine cellar invenory has ceased functioning for me. The Web Designer tells me that the problem is a network issue and not his problem. I get no solutions from my ISP.

When I attempt to load the page and look at the Console I get the following error message in response to several GET requests:

I have messenger loaded but with Firefox i can not video call when i want to call a friend or family. I have no way to call any one i do have a web cam. do i need to go to Chrome every time i want to call. Messenger has stopped desktop messenger that was how i could call but now i can not is there some way to Facebook video call on Firefox please let me know thanks I want to stay with Firefox why is there no way to get video calls on Facebook??

The last time Firefox updated my Etsy Dashboard would no longer connect. None of the screens I need for my shop would work. Etsy support had me clear my cache and I even did a refresh of Firefox but it still would not work. Etsy's conclusion was it had to be a Firefox issue and they could not help. I had to switch to Chrome to continue working. At some point the issue went away and Etsy's dashboard was working again. Now, after the most recent update it immediately was no longer working again and I am forced to use a different browser. What could be causing this issue related to the updates?

Hello. This is very strange and just started happening today, December 16, 2025. In Firefox, the Outlook web version, using my company email, when I reply to an email in my inbox two drafts are created. This doesn't happen when I do the same action (reply to an email) using either Chrome or Safari. To be clear, I love Firefox and have been using it for many years. I STRONGLY favor it over the other two. Help! This is just annoying. My draft folder is full of useless drafts. David

I use default browser and suddenly Firefox can't load website Shopee Try chrome and it load shopee normal. Have try turn off all extension for shopee site. Hope someone can help

Our main site http://wlo418.tripod.com/worldlibertarianorder/ and the many others with the same domain, when clicked upon, get a Bad Gateway error page in Firefox, but not with any other browsers. In my Firefox browser, when i try to sign in to Youtube, a window says "there was an issue signing in to Youtube" pops up. None of the troubleshooting articles are helpful for my situation. My Firefox browser is up to the latest update - version 146 on windows 11. Youtube works, but i am prevented from signing in to my account.

I have used Youtube in Firefox before by signing in to my google account, the only thing that has changed was that I went into settings and cleared my browsing history, cache, and cookies. Once those were cleared, Youtube won't sign me in and only shows that error window.

In my Firefox browser settings, I have set Youtube to accept cookies and have disabled adblock for Youtube.

My Youtube account is still accessible using Chrome, but not in Firefox. Youtube WILL sign me in if i use Firefox private browsing. I'd rather not use chrome since Firefox is my primary browser and I'd rather not jump through the extra steps of google sign-in using private browsing.

I do have a Google account with my school institution, but that has never been an issue (expect it won't open google maps for some reason, not the issue here though). My Youtube has always been signed in with my personal Gmail, not my school Gmail. I'm not sure if that's interfering with anything.

To reinstate the main issue: I cleared my browsing data and cookies, now Youtube in Firefox won't sign me in.
