I was notified that Mozilla was unable receive my payment for my VPN. When I opened my account and tried to change my paid subscription, I was subjected to a sign in loop and went back to Profile. I am unable to find an email address for Mozilla support. I am unable to contact Mozilla support for help with this problem. Need help!

Mozilla account may have been hacked - receiving pop ups about security isssues, etc.

I keep getting pop ups from you, 3 at a time, over and over and over, for about 2 weeks, every day, all day....displaying various warnings about viruses and critical erro… (ďalšie informácie)

I keep getting pop ups from you, 3 at a time, over and over and over, for about 2 weeks, every day, all day....displaying various warnings about viruses and critical errors and compromised system, etc. and to click to fix. I have scanned daily for a week now for any kind of issue with my computer and the scans come back clean, my security updates are current...please tell me what is going on and how to stop this.

I JUST signed into my Mozilla account to send this message and noticed another email in the sign-in box and the option to "sign in with another account" showed. I have attached a photo of this email along with photos of some of the pop ups. Has my account been hacked? What's going on?!!!

However I can't add a secondary email and then make it the primary, as is suggested in all search results, because the primary email has been defunct for years. (I have had no reason to enter the account since that time.) Therefore I cannot receive the code to allow me to add the email. How can I proceed? Thanks in advance. I keep closing the notice out or selecting the "Dismiss" button but it keeps coming back. If I unistall Firefox and reinstall it will I lose all of my bookmarks?
