Hello,

Earlier today I reformatted my device but when I logged in to firefox I can only see my history is getting synced my bookmarks are empty, I've checked and bookmarks are check off and they should be synced. How do I get them to sync? It has worked fine in the past. Thanks.

I am running firefox in 5 windows with at least 7 tabs each every time i exit, reopen of update it i have more that 35 Bookmark LEFT Side Bars to close IF i have the patience to close all of them WHICH NEVER HAPPENS... (this is happening since too long, I am pissed off...)

I was trying to go to ssa.gov, today, and hit the button to login. When I did that, I got a 400 page saying: Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.

I have done this before, and it worked. To test if it was a problem with the web page or the browser, I did it from another browser (Brave), and it loaded fine. Is Firefox sending a bad request? Is this something you can fix.

I am using Mozilla Firefox for Linux Mint 137.0.1 (64 bit).

Recently I have noticed 'Your browser is being managed by your organization. - That being ImportEnterpriseRoots' appearing in settings. I have seen this mentioned by others but as of yet I cannot see if it has been sorted yet. I have uninstalled and it went away, but it has since returned the following day. I Do not have any other anti-virus on this laptop other than Windows Defender so it cannot be that. I will not be using Firefox as default until this is gone, or at the very least know that its safe.

Since the last update, I believe, because this error occurs constantly and with EVERY video. This is often, not always, the case immediately after updating FF. Now it was fine for a while, but now it's so bad that I'm having trouble watching YT videos properly. Reason: Browser open, logged in to YT. I click on a video to play - video opens, plays maybe 10 to 20 seconds, then playback stops spinning top, I also found out during the last glitch after update that if I switch the resolution briefly, higher or lower doesn't matter - important is to leave the current resolution and switch to another one. And oh wonder - immediately, instantly with the change, the video starts playing. If I wait for this - without doing anything myself, it sometimes takes 30 - 40 seconds for the video to start ... sometimes it just "hangs" ... This is extremely annoying - if it doesn't work, I have to switch browsers... What is also extremely annoying is that it occurs almost regularly after an update ... until the next one possibly, for unknown reasons, does not fix the error, but sometimes mitigates it. Now, however, the disruption/interruption is so massive and totally annoying that I'm thinking of switching. I'm just tired of it ...

I was having an issue with pdfs on firefox; all my pdfs were showing up as black. To fix that, I refreshed firefox, which solved the problem just fine. Unfortunately, once I did all my extensions stopped working. The page looks like this.

For most of my extensions, I can just solve this by getting rid of them and adding them again, but if I do that for onetab I'd lose all my stored tabs. How can I get this back?

I’m using the Firefox Multi-Account Containers extension and would like to remove a site that’s been set to "Always open in [X] container." However, I don’t see a “Manage Site List” option anywhere in the container settings as seen here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/containers

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

   I’ve clicked the Containers icon and selected the gear ⚙️ to edit a container.

   I enabled privacy.userContext.siteAssignments.enabled in about:config and set it to true.

   I restarted Firefox (with session restore on), but still no option appears to view or manage assigned sites.

I’m on Firefox Desktop (Mac), and I’ve confirmed that I’m using the official Multi-Account Containers extension.

Is this a bug, a UI change, or something I’m missing? I’d really prefer not to manually edit the containers.json file if there’s a built-in way to manage these assignments.

I am receiving pop-ups from what appears to be Mozilla Firefox saying: System is infected! Viruses detected, Turn on protection and delete viruses. The virus identified is ZEUS.2020 Trojan. Click here to scan and clean via: d3av3500fes73a78mk0.mosgdefender.com This link doesn't work. So, how can I get this issue resolved? Any help would be appreciated. I am evaluating a password manager application and exported my FF passwords and imported them into the app. For testing I removed all of the passwords from FF. I want to password protect the csv file rather than delete it in case I need to import the passwords back into FF. When I go to File/Info, the "Protect Workbook" option is greyed out. When I go to the "Review" tab, the option to "Protect Workbook" is available, not the "Unprotect" option, so the workbook is not protected. If I click on the "Share" folder on the right side of the ribbon, there is no "More" option. In Windows Explorer the file is on my desktop, not OneDrive - Personal. I right clicked on the file, selected "Give access to" and took the option to remove access. The File/Info option is still greyed out. How can I password protect this file or how can I export it in a format that can be imported later?

This problem started yesterday. The sound in YouTube with Firefox is extremely low. As far as I can tell, the problem doesn't exist elsewhere. Other browers are OK with YouTube and other websites that have sound are OK with Firefox.

I reinstalled Firefox and rebooted the computer - still has the problem.

I'm using Windows 11 24H2 (home) on my desktop.

Firefox has been running incredibly slow. I currently only have this window open, but if I open my task manger it shows 10 Firefox windows running. If I right click and end task, it will end the task, but shortly there after a new one will pop up. 1 of the is running in efficiency mode. I assume this is what is slowing down performance, but I do not know how to fix.

access to other instances of this account (Onedrive, filesharing etc) are fine. Email account works on phone, so no problem with log-in

With the new update to Firefox v137 I am no longer able to sign in to Government sites using my bank as a sign in partner. Google Chrome will sign in so it has something to do with the new update. I have cleared cache and all data and still no luck with the sign in. Any help would be appreciated because Firefox has been my default browser for years and I'm not interested in changing.

i was trying to access shopify and its protect behind a firewall and it was asking if firefox as access to the internet or its being protect by the firewall how would i go about using this website if i don't know how to go about this

It gives a Connection error and Swansons seems to think it is my browser problem. I haven't had problem with this site before and I don't have problems any place else. I turned off Malwarebytes Browser Guard, temporarily, and that didn't hgelp. I already cleared the history and that didn't help.

My webmail is not loading. https://webmail.everyone.net/#/login It keeps spinning and never loads (so I can see the boxes to put in my u/p).

• I've deleted the cookies and cache but that doesn't solve the problem.
• I always keep current with FF updates.
• The problem is only on my computer. No problem on my husband's computer.
• No problem in Edge or Chrome.

What next?

I have accounts that will not work because they cannot access my location, My computer says all access is allowed, so is there something in Firefox that blocks my location?
