bonjour je désire payer ma cotisation d'assurance en ligne, mais la page ne s'affiche pas correctement, je ne peux pas poser la signature électronique et je ne peux pas régler le montant. j'ai appelé l'assurance et ils m’ont sut que leur site fonctionne et d'autre adhérents peuvent payer. ils m'ont demandé de voir avec vous s'il y a un problème de restriction. pouvez vous m'aider à régler ce problème?

On my opening Firefox page there is a header " Your browser is being managed by your organisation". I am an individual and have no organisation. I am having problems with Ancestry which they have directed back to my browser. This is this last thing (I think) that I do not understand. Any ideas most welcome please.

Sometimes it restarts and sometimes it doesn't. I have tried all the gizmos like deleting my cache and things but to no avail. It used to work alright. Please help!

For the past month or so, I'd say about 20% of the websites I visit using Firefox just show a blank, white screen. (See allbirds.com site image attached for example.)

1. Cleared the cache and cookies to see if that fixed it. It didn't. 2. Entered Troubleshoot Mode to see if that fixed it. It didn't. 3. Disabled all extensions to see if that fixed it. It didn't. 4. Disabled "recommended performance settings" and hardware acceleration--in combination with some of the above--to see if that fixed it. It didn't. 5. Reinstalled Firefox to see if that fixed it. It didn't. 6. Also paused/disabled VPN (Nord) and anti-virus (McAfee) to see if that made a difference. It didn't.

Any other ideas?

After asking from an customized Al at https://huggingface.co/spaces/hd-hg/First_agent_template, I tried to take a screenshot of it's error message but the screenshot taken is white. If I tried to take a screenshot with the built-in Linux Ubuntu 22.04 LTS "Take a screenshot" tool, the screenshot included the content that I wanted to screenshot. I am attaching these two screenshots for reference.

Also Outlook told me that screenshots@mozilla.org does not exist but it is listed as a available source in about:support page in Firefox browser.

I am using the compilation ID 20250211160552. No snap, the official one from the repository.

So, I was going down a research rabbit hole on my phone (Firefox for Android 133.0.3), and wanted to transfer the tabs to my PC. Apparently, sending 259 tabs is not really an intended use case, as only 99 of those tabs transferred (tab sending wasn't batched either), and now I can't send any tabs from or to my phone. I just get the error "unable to send" on my phone, and tabs sent on any PC don't arrive either. I tried signing in and out on those devices, but nothing works.

I haven't been able to do my online banking for about 9 months. I have to delete their cookies first. After that I can log on where I get a PIN. I enter the PIN and it will never work the first time. After the second PIN it asks if I want to save this device. After choosing that, logging off and immediately trying to log on again I have to go though all of those same steps.

The tech dept at my bank claims it's only Firefox and that it can't read their (your) encryption. I agreed with them that makes zero sense because I can always log on after jumping through enough hoops.

Is this something on your end or end my settings?

Firefox stops responding(the message from Fire fox) during my attempts to download files from my personal email. This freezes up my computer and I have to (Ctl-Alt-delete) to regain control of my computer. Every time I try to download, this occurs. I can choose print (the file) and this works. Fire fox should not be stop responding?

I use firefox and duck duck go. I am able to access other websites but not my email. When I attempt to log in it "logs out" instead. I get a message that there is a potential security issue. I am able to access my email using non-firefox providers. I need help fixing this issue. Thank you.

Hello, during navigation on some sites (such as pathe cinema and Marianne.net), I am connected to my private account and when I want to do a transaction on these sites (such as booking cinema seats or reading private articles on Marianne, I am disconnected from my private account : these sites do not know me anymore !!! This is not the case when I do the same process via others browsers (Google or Microsoft Bing). Is it a question of parameters within FireFox ? Do you have any idea ? Regards

Is there a way to make the popup that opens when you click on 'Manage Bookmarks' open up to a different folder than 'Other Bookmarks'? There is nothing in that folder. ever. Why cannot we open it to 'Bookmarks Menu'? or whatever? thanks, terry
