Hi everyone,

I've noticed slow download speeds when using video downloaders on Firefox, especially for Pinterest videos. My site, PinVideoDownloader, has many users reporting this issue. Other browsers like Chrome and Edge don't seem to have this problem. Any tips to improve download speeds on Firefox?

help me restore my pre update condition. This is very upsetting My tabs, bookmarks, everything is gone, gone, gonegone Can I just delete this version 128.0.3 and go back to previous version, which was functional?

I've got a question/suggestion about Picture in Picture feature. Why "Close" button works the same as "Back to Tab"?

Scenario: Close the Picture in Picture video by clicking on the [X] button or Cmd+W shortcut.

Actual result: Picture in Picture closes and Firefox window opens, on the tab containing the video. This is very strange behaviour. If I close the video, I don't want to watch it now. Essentially "Close" button works exactly like "Back to Tab" button - so what's the point? If I wanted to switch to the tab - I would click on "Back to tab".

Expected result: I expect Picture in Picture video to close and nothing else to happen. Don't open the window/tab containing the video.

Something out of the ordinary occurred the other day when my copy of Firefox no longer was able to connect to the internet. A bit of searching revealed that my Mac system no longer compatible with Firefox 115.4

The Mozilla website clearly showed that older Mac systems, such as 10.12 10.13 and 10.14 were no longer able to work with the latest Firefox update and to download Firefox 115 ESR version.

After starting it up the newer version just showed a brand new version without any of my often used bookmarks, extensions, history etc.

I believe it’s possible to return all those often used elements to my everyday browser experience but just how, befuddles me! Perhaps there is a website detailing this information?

I am using 'search:query=seattle&crumb=location:C%3A%5CMyFolder' such query to search in my local indexed files on my windows using firefox 124.xx versions and also all the other browser supports this , after the update to 128.0.3 , this stopped working , Is there any setting to do so that it would start working back. reference link https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/win.../search-protocol

Microsoft search Protocol works fine in older versions now it didnt , Any new update stopped this?

A little while ago pages on Firefox stopped fully loading -- pics, graphs. A gaming page doesn't load at all. Another has its headings lined up on the far left of the page. Edge and Chrome are fine. I've rebooted and cleared cache. No change. Any suggestions?

Can someone tell me what settings I need to change to get the suggestions in the URL line to sites I actually go to? I go to mediaite.com and msnbc.com multiple times a day, but if i type the letter "m," Firefox fills in "mail.google.com." I literally never type that! Where is it coming from and why won't it go away? Support says highlight it and do Shift + Delete, but using the arrows takes me to the next item, not the gmail one. what is the reason i can't make that stop? I'm over here and I'm duckduckgo because of the tracking, but this is a really basic search i do all day that is needlessly tedious and it's not the only one.

so like i asked, what settings do i need to check or uncheck to make the suggestions be relevant to stuff i actually search? this seems like such a basic thing--suggest the things they've looked at already before random stuff they they have NEVER searched.

Newsmax.com page will not load. When trying to load I get the following: ""An error occurred when trying to load newsmax.com. The authenticity of the received data could not be verified. Please contact website owners to inform them of this problem.""

Hello, there is no audio on my PC when I click on the audio button from dict.cc and dict.leo websites. I click it and the tab says it's playing audio but there is none. The audio button used to work and I didn't change anything. Other sites like YouTube work fine. How can I fix it?

Firefox is not responding in one of my admin accounts. No problem with the other admin account.

This occured after installing Firefox 127.0.2. I restarted my iMac to complete the installation. Upon opening the admin account Firefox was not responding.

Since last update, when I am in email and select an image to download to my computer, it pops up in my browser. I have to right click to "Save As" to get it to my downloads folder, then click the back button of the browser to get back into email. Very frustrating. I have gone into firefox settings and set everything that I had an option to download to computer. It has not solved the problem. I have noticed in the application box in firefox settings, there is not an option of IMG, JPG, or PNG. Really need some help. thanks!

This is pretty much the same as https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/801343 back in Firefox 3.x → 4 times. I do recall having the same problem then, and disabling hardware acceleration did fix it back then, but it no longer does.

I’m currently on 115.3 ESR, but I’ve observed this for a while in Quantum (I don’t recall seeing it on Gecko with HW accel disabled).

I was using Firefox and had just checked my bank account when the error message above appeared. I have tried updating Firefox via Norton but all attempts at updating fail.

I have had to download Chrome as a standby but would prefer to go back to Firefox

I have a virus that posts its site on my landing page / home page.

It cannot be dismissed. I cannot find any part of its URL in Finder. Norton Antivirus doesn't detect it. It cannot be overwritten. It cannot be edited away. It CAN be moved to the fourth line of home page icons and only three lines shown, which puts it out of sight. Rebooting the machine doesn't cure it.

Can I find the listing of sites on my home page and remove it from the list?

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not good with computers so help has to be put in simple terms.
