I am able to open the Lowe's and Home Depot home pages but receive an error message like this when I try to load any other pages for their products or my accounts: "You don't have permission to access "www.lowes.com/l/help/truck-delivery"" on this server. I tried to resolve this by calling their support teams, but they were not able to help me from their end. This leads me to believe that something on my desktop is causing this. I do not have this problem with any other websites. Can you help me resolve this?

Previously downloading files did not close the source website. Now when downloading a file, the source website is closed. Requires logging into the source website for each file downloaded. How can closing the source website be stopped.

I use BT internet for emails. When composing an email I type the addressee into the To box. The full address pops up but when I click on it Firefox only copies in the first few letters. The address is then highlighted in red as invalid. I have been in touch with BT who say that this is a known Firefox problem. I found this to be true becasue my email service works fine in Chrome. However Firefox is my preferred browser so I would like to get this fixed. Thank you.

An in-browser app tries to call "navigator.userAgentData.platform" to determine which operating system is in use, but the causes a Java Exception.

If I try the same thing under Edge it works OK.

When attempting to reverse-image search an image, Google Image Search replaces the image with a blank white image.

Steps taken: Verified resistFingerprinting is false. Enabled it, got the usual colored crosshatch image. Disabled, got white box. Tested with PhotoPea (works just fine there). Tested with Chrome (works just fine there). Disabled ETP and generic tracking protections. Tested in private window (nope). Pasting to MSPaint, worked. Saving as an image file and trying to upload that way, nope.

Open to trying more things.

I'm getting the message "It looks like you have a browser extension that might be interfering with Microsoft Advertising tools. Please disable this extension." I don't have any extensions. I can't use their site until this is fixed. I chatted with Microsoft and they directed me to Firefox.

I am encountering more and more websites with problems they attribute to Firefox. Many of them recommend using Chrome or Edge and some insist upon it or they will no longer support problems. Direct TV will no longer work with Firefox at all and they will not fix it. Several of my other regular websites will work partially, but have pages that simply will not work with Firefox. I have resisted using Chrome or Edge for years but it is getting harder and harder to do as on line systems continue to have problems with Firefox and their only suggestion is to use Chrome (which works when Firefox doesn't). Any ideas/suggestions?

I am using Firefox (March 2026 version) and BT internet email wit Win11. Since January 2026 update I have problems entering email addresses that are present in my Contacts list. When starting the cursor goes to the CC: line before switching to the To: line. Then when I start entering an emaiil address that is in my contacts list an option(s) show and when clicking on the correct one instead of it displaying in full in the To: line it shows the first few characters in a red in a box with an x at the end. I then have to delete this and fully type in the full email address. This is very annoying and time consuming. I had hoped the recent update would have fixed it, but it has not. When I select one (or more) people from my email contacts in the dropdown list of BT Mail, the address(es) appear as "invalid" or "illegal" in the "To:" field. This has only happened since the last update to Firefox. This does not hapen with other browsers, so why should I be forced to change, just to send emails? It is a real PAIN. Having done a bit of research, it appears that there is Javascript issue. When can I expect a patch? I have enjoyed everything Firefox gives me, but this issue is giving me cause to consider moving

On my HP laptop, I can open Yahoo emails, but cannot respond or forward them. Using another browser, I am able to do this. Also, I can do it on myiPhone. I have tried clearing the cache, but that did not help.

the home page for AOL has an image of a current event or news worthy item, until yesterday there has always been a description or statement explaining the image to the left, that screen is now blank. I had my computer security team check my unit and they say the problem is with Firefox and I should use a different browser.Also under the new email tab there was an old mail tab, that is also gone as of yesterday. Are these problems in fact a Firefox issue?

Recently the MS Q&A site displays outrageously small text. FF is fully updated as is Sequoia. I don't have the same problem when accessing the same site in Safari. I have tries various setting combinations in FF Preferences for Zoom & Font [including Advanced] but nothing provides a remedy. I really don't want to stop using FF but this is unbearable... I spend much time in Q&A supporting MS product. The image on the left ia how FF displays the page, the image on the right is from Safari.

I've used Firefox for 10-15 years but recently it started not opening some web pages on corporate websites, which I assumed was a problem with the site. When I told my techs, they tried the sites from other browsers they use and it was working fine. So I tried from my laptop (it's 4 months old, Windows 11) using MS Edge and no problem, previously blocked sites now working. I've scanned Firefox settings but can't resolve. Any suggestions?
