When accessing about:logins, Firefox prompts for system authentication (Primary password or master password). However, if the user cancels the prompt twice, the password manager still opens and displays all saved logins without authentication.

This behavior bypasses the intended security check and could pose a risk, especially in shared or public machines

I recently made a purchase online and I got a pop up from emergent.com asking to save my ccv code. I declined, but is that normal?

My gmail [edited from public] @gmail.com is comprimised. Ive never downloaded this 3 party app. If you want the banking fraud details I can send but please don't let this app gain access. Tomorrow I will again have to lock my accounts. The sad thing the money is being stolen from the parent of our child. Extremely sad situation just how low this person has fallen. They believe they have had 14 g stolen in fraud delusion u need 14 g in the first place.

I've been looking at firewall logs for my client and router software firewalls. My 3rd party firewall flags repeated outgoing TCP packets to IP 34.149.100.209 as coming from Firefox and 'Restricted', although restricted is the firewall apps syntax. When I look at the router firewall on WAN it was seeing the same IP outgoing. These packets only originate when Firefox (latest version) opens. Perhaps there's nothing to worry about or it's there to poll for those who want to select a Google search engine? Anyway, I've added a rule in the router to block the IP, although I think Google use other IPs.

There is plenty of web discussion to REMOVE restricted from Firefox but I want to make sure 'Restricted' in my case means BLOCKED, is that possible or do I misunderstand what restricted means? Thanks

I continually received messages from Mozilla stating that my Mozilla account and data would be deleted.

This lasts possibly 3 seconds. It has an email logo and a high pitched sound. It just flashes on, not long enough to read, just long enough to be annoying. The location is always on the Top Right corner of the display. I have all notifications and web push blocked in Firefox preferences. System is Mac, OS 12.1

Usually I login to my account on a public PC and when I finish my work, I log out and erase all data. From some build it doesn't fully erase the history, meaning it reloads my tabs when another person opens Firefox.

I keep getting pop-ups in the right lower corner from "mozilla firefox" (not sure if they are legit). They will say: "zeus.2020 trojan detected" or "virus detected" or "system is infected", etc. All have "Mozilla Firefox" in the upper left of the pop-up, and "via rgfirewall.xyz" at the bottom. Is this truly legit, or is it just a nuisance? I've just been closing them with the x or dismiss buttons.
