Guys because of the way the INTERNET is set up, none of our complaints are getting through to folks in other states i.e the Federal Government/White House. Y'all are going to realize how much these internet companies and phone companies control. I'm trying to contact the White House and another agency. Realize what and who controls wifi and phone internet. I've submitted alot of things and need help. No response needed, but if you know someone, have them look into security breaches with federal agencies. Especially in North Carolina. I said with the White House because I can't tag anyone. Our complaints go to a STATE BERAEU AND NOT THE FEDERAL BERAEU is all I'm going to say! I can't even download another browser through the play store! I need help. I am writing to bring to your attention an unusual issue I have been experiencing with the Firefox browser. Each time I close Firefox, I am required to log in again to the "Bale" messenger upon reopening the browser, as my login credentials are not retained for future sessions.

I would like to highlight the following points for your consideration:

1. This issue is specific to the Bale messenger and does not occur on other websites. 2. The problem persists across all of my devices, including my work computer, home PC, and laptop. 3. The issue does not arise when I am not logged into my Firefox account. In fact, Bale messenger works perfectly on my friends' Firefox browsers, where there is no need for repeated logins after closing the browser.

4. I have already reviewed the "Cookies and Site Data" settings (see the attached image).

I would greatly appreciate your guidance on how to resolve this issue at your earliest convenience.

Nord VPN not recognizing that Firefox is on version 130. It keeps thinking that I am on version 128. I have Nord techs telling me what to do with their app but nothing I have done, even a complete new install of Nord, is fix ing the problem. They have suggested I get in touch with Firefox so here I am. OS Win10 home. It is also happening on my lap top with Win 11

I have a couple of websites now where the Cookie acceptance window/pop up, displays for 1 second then disappears. This effectively leaves the page slightly dimmed and locked. I've tried the URLs in Chrome and the Cookie window display correctly and allows for user selection.

I have tried to add an exception for the URL for pop-ups, and then disabling pop-up blocking completely, but I still have the problem.

Firefox browser desktop - I've cleared my cache, cookies and history and turned it on and off, signed in and out also. I can log in to my amazon spain account using edge or google. I always use firefox, but now amazon spain won't let me. Is this a problem anywhere else and what else could I be doing wrong? Thanks

I went to check one of my gmail messages and when I opened youtube in another tab It had me signed into youtube with the email I was checking!! what the F**K is this? I didn't want it to sign in with that, it's not only frustrating but I could see for people on public computers having major privacy issues with this. How can I NOT have it sign into youtube automatically when I used gmail? Those are two different things for me with different purposes. It's super frustrating and a breech of privacy, very upsetting.

We have a job that runs every hour pinging a service. From 28th of August each hour we recieve several error emails.

Every querry that is re run completes normally. We can not figure out what the issue is.

I'm totally fed up with this! I got this particular one trying to go to Amazon via a link from search but it's happening constantly with links from search and from other sites that I'm on. I am on Amazon a lot. I don't know what this behavior is, where it's coming from, why it's happening, or how to stop it. I'm at the point of just uninstalling Firefox because of it. I've tried the common fixes such as clearing cache and cookies as well as all saved data and it still persists. Firefox has been my default browser for a very long time but if this can't be stopped permanently, I'm done with it!

I have a hacker on my Firefox and Mozilla accounts it shows up that I'm using a computer but I don't have one. I'm using my android phone. This is the reason I chose to use Firefox to get privacy back. Mozilla doesn't offer the support I need because I'm limited to questions I have. I'm so frustrated. I didn't sync with any other devices but it's synced with my account. Can you help me regain my privacy using your apps? I'm not on a computer!!! Please don't let me down!!!

I have one login saved to Firefox. Firefox, for some unfathomable reason, will sometimes delete that login from its records entirely and I'll have to set up a new entry. This has happened a total of six times over the last three months/

I have been using Firefox to access the following website for years: "artstorefronts.com", which requires appropriate login credentials, but suddenly Firefox will not open the website. Instead, I get the following message after submitting with proper credentials: "reCAPTCHA verification failed. Try again." There is not a reCAPTCHA "test" associated with this login page, so there is no reason to get this message on my end. However, please note that I AM able to access the subject website using Chrome, Edge and Firefox IOS. I don't access the subject website frequently so I just noticed this problem about a week or so ago, so I suspect the problem began after the latest Firefox update (130.0, 64 bit) a short time ago. I am was looking for jobs and ran across a website called Lensa.com. Well i setup an account and I wish i didn't.

I don't think the site is legit. I have deleted my account, but I keep getting messages from them, and they are coming directly through firefox. I have added a picture below.

I don't see any browser extensions that would be doing this. How are they able to do this?

There is nothing in my ubuntu startup.

I am a longterm Firefox user, currently using version 130.0 on Windows10.

I have been unable to access my MyHeritage account using Firefox, though I have access from other browsers. The message that appears is "Access has been temporary disabled Access has been temporarily disabled, this occurred due to suspicious activity. Please try again later". This has been going on for several weeks.

My Heritage says they have not blocked the account. This is confirmed by my being able to access from Safari and Chrome.

This problem has appeared before, but resolved within a week or so. Not this time. If it cannot be fixed, I will have to change to another browser for my default. Any help?

Hi! I have a new laptop and want to export a certificate I had installed in my previous laptop. When trying to do so, I'm asked to choose a certificate backup password which I need to enter twice to validate. Once I do it, this message comes up, "Failed to create the PKCS #12 backup file for unknown reasons". I've tried several times with different passwords but the same issue remains.
