Hi, I just want to ask about the customization option on the new tab's low right corner (the little pencil icon). I've had a background image called "Galaxy" that i thought was pretty, but it disappeared (probably sync settings on other devices, idc) and now the background is just system gray. The issue is that i cannot find the system background in "Themes" nor in the "Customization" (picrel) - there is only "reset to defaults". I really like Firefox and this was pretty cool so I'd like it back. Thanks in advance :)

I noticed recently that my 'Add Shortcut' button has disappeared. I've been through other articles and they were of no help. I have 4 rows selected for shortcuts so theres no reason for it to be gone.

I have used Firefox on my PC for ever (10-15 years). Yahoo was set to be my home page so I can get to my email. Starting 5-6 days ago when I click Mozilla Firefox on my task bar it opens a white (blank) page, no yahoo (but it shows yahoo.com in the address bar). I can go to my book marks and got them or type in a URL and go there OK. But, to see my mail I have to open Google Chrome to get to yahoo and log in. If I'm on Firefox and get the blank screen, then go to another URL from my bookmarks then type in yahoo.com it goes back to a blank screen that shows https://www.yahoo.com/ in the address.

Cannot get rid of non starred icons on Firefox's new tab home page.

Nowhere is there an article that actually works.

Articles that mention right click, get three dots (...), and choose "remove" do not apply. My dropdown list box does not give any kind of "remove" choice. Hence, articles incorrect.

I have starred icons, okay. (Do NOT like the new Firefox with that clutter) I have picked up one non starred icon I cannot get rid of (Not nice of Firefox to eliminate ability to remove icons)

Would love to give screen shots. BUT, cannot get screen shot to be saved in a format that "Browse..." accepts.

So, I'm stuck with that rogue icon I cannot get rid of.

After uninstalling and then reinstalling Firefox, when I open new tab I can't immediately start typing. I first have to click on the address bar. Please tell me how to fix this.

I am using 138.0.1 (aarch64) on a Mac. The new tab feature simply does not work. When I place one tab over another, they simply scoot around one another to make space; no new tab group is created. Any ideas? Thanks.

The New Tab Page is a fantastic tool. Are there any plans to allow more than four rows to their layout? I would benefit greatly by having 13 rows. Might there be any plans for that?

As of today, the wallpaper I'd set for my homepage/new tabs pages is gone and there's no way to choose a different one. Is this just me or or are other people having this problem?

The only two new tab choices in Settings are only "Firefox Home (default)" and "Blank page". Is there a way to change this?

My last laptop let me use www.google.com as the home page in both new windows and new tabs, but on this new thinkpad running Firefox 141 I can only choose that for new windows and not for new tabs.

Firefox has shortcuts at the top of any new tab opened. These are usually your most visited pages. For most shortcuts, if you click the three dots you get a menu of: Pin Edit Open in a New Window Open in a New Private Window Dismiss Delete From History

This is the menu you get for almost all shortcuts EXCEPT for Amazon. For the Amazon shortcut you get: Pin Dismiss

That's it. No opportunity to edit it. And if you click on the shortcut, it doesn't take you to Amazon.com, instead it opens "Amazon.com Search" in the address bar. I don't want Search, I want to go to the Amazon home page but the shortcut doesn't take me to the Amazon homepage like it used to. Why is this broken now?

i cant open a new tab.. and since i cant open a new tab. i have realized how many times a day i click open a new tab. its starting to annoy me . when i see a youtube video i wanna watch. i right click on the video. the first few lines are blanc. and when i click open in a new tab.. the new tab option is in a different place. the first few options say add to dictionairy and remove from dictionary .. it makes no sense., help me
