Suddenly NY Times links think I am a bot, or there is a java problem, or I am clicking too fast (huh?), and I am being blocked. This started around the same time as the last update. Help! Thanks.....

I recently reinstalled Windows on my computer and expected Firefox to sync and restore my saved passwords, as I had enabled Firefox Sync before reinstalling. However, after syncing my account, my passwords did not appear, and I am unable to access them.

I have already tried the following steps:

   Checked the sync status of my Firefox account.
   Ensured that I am signed into the correct Firefox account on my browser.
   Searched for any relevant troubleshooting steps but haven't been able to resolve the issue.

Could you please assist me in restoring my saved passwords or provide any guidance on how I can retrieve them?

I used Firefox almost since its inception. But I stopped using it when one of my games on Facebook kept asking to upgrade flash player in order to play. I know that flash player is no more and the problem likely lies with the game but I can play the game on every other browser without that message so finally I stopped using Firefox. Is there a setting I can use so that I can go back to my favorite browser and play my game with it also?

firefox used to have good history now it's only 7 days? i need to see more than 7 days, all of it being available is ideal. what prompted this - although i've been irked by it before - is needing to know how i got to a website, what was the search and/or tab spelunking that got me there? it's really important to know this. relying solely on google search (if that'll yield part of the trail) seems contrary to firefox ethos.

Although I have checked "Always Ask" to specify my download location, duplicates are still being saved in "Downloads". I recently "upgraded" to Windows 11 but do not know if it is connected. FF version 138.0.3 (64-bit). How can I prevent this please?

Some sites stopped opening, although in other browsers, and through the phone everything opens up. I've tried reinstalling the browser, disabling extensions, resetting DNS. It didn't help. In Chrome he working. Sites like youtube twitch and other poplar working too, idk why firefox have problem, maybe its new update?

I clicked on a link in an email and FF began opening it. It then stopped and gave a message that the site was causing FF to run slow. That was an understatement, as FF never continued and didn't fully open the site. I copied the URL to Chrome and it had no problem quickly opening the site. What do I need to fix in FF to make it happy again? My Firefox desktop app recently updated. After it updated, I now cannot access anything by right clicking. When I right click, a giant window of options shows up (see image). It doesn't change no matter what I click on. When I try to select something in the giant window of options, nothing happens. I'm having a very hard time with it, particularly because I can't open links into new tabs now.

Got a new computer. Exported and imported bookmarks. However, that did not copy over my bookmark bar. Is there a way to get it to copy or do I have to recreate it?

Your ads are all over my computer even in programs that are not yours. This is very intrusive and annoying. No one is going to look at these and one has to get rid of them to continue using other programs.

How do I stop these ads from coming on my computer?

I am looking to turn on review checker and cannot see how to do it. I don't have the price tag icon displayed nor do I have any reference to Review Checker in my settings. I'm wondering if my version of Firefox supports it (133.0). Any ideas?

Hello. Our organization is experiencing an issue where sound settings are not carrying over correctly to Firefox. Specifically, this is with speaker settings. In multiple calling platforms (tested in Genesys Cloud and Teams), we are not able to adjust the settings for the speaker that audio plays from. We can adjust the default microphone setting, but not the speaker setting. This is only occurring in Firefox (works fine in Edge and Chrome).

Additionally, we've tried adjusting the default audio settings by going to Windows > Sound settings > App volume and device preferences, and changing the settings specifically for Firefox on this page. This does not work. When we check Teams or Genesys Cloud, it seems like Firefox is just picking any default without a rhyme or reason.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
