So on certain websites when I zoom in these weird white lines and boxes appear on the screen. they only appear when zoomed in and when I put my cursor in certain places. Usually when I move my cursor they disappear but I was able to catch these. Im on firefoxes most recent update on a lenovo laptop with windows 11. As far as I know this only happens in firefox, another thing is I recently updated my drivers due to screen flicker.

I chose to switch to firefox recently so I haven't figured out how to fix this. Every time I turn my computer on and open my browser and try to log into youtube, I have to log in again. I can save my password for the site but it behaves every time as if it's my first time logging in. This hasn't happened in other browsers so im unsure if it's possibly google account settings. That's why it was my first assumption it was with firefox. so far other logins work fine for me. Thank you!

I do not have this problem with any other browswer, am using Win 11. have tried run troubleshooting and have reinstalled firefox. am about to give up on firefox after many years as there appears to be no help for this problem

firefox is missing my language (hebrew) in new the update and i can handle the browser being in english but i can't seem to be able to change the display of the app from left to right back to right to left

I'm using my Firefox with Custom CSS with toolkit.legacy thing enabled. I'm using Firefox for my everything and I love it. But It keeps break my current profile then starts a new profile that everything has been reset. It keeps break my profile and starts a new profile. I lose everything... It's enough for me. I could not find any solution for it. If It's not fixed, I'll stop using this beautiful browser :'(

Is there a way to stop Firefox from creating a desktop shortcut every time it updates? It is just desktop clutter for a lot of people, especially since Firefox is pinned to the taskbar anyhow.

None of the "solutions" I've found so far did work. -clear browser cache -clear browser history -restart firefox

Centurylink Webmail will not open in Firefox. Worked yesterday but not today. Can open it on Chrome, Edge, and surprisingly a "Private" Firefox window.

I've made no changes to browsers in the past week so don't believe it is anything I did.

I used to use Nimbus Screen Capture, until it started having issues with the latest Firefox configuration.

It was capable of allowing the user to create a template to customize screen capture title.

Per version 118 we now have the possibility to have webpages to be automatically translated from its original language to another one. As end user I get prompted for every page I visit whether I would like that to be translated. This is quite the flow-stopper. I have no need nor interest for this amazing functionality. However, I can't find anywhere an explanation on how to disable that functionality. I would appreciate it if I was not prompted for this translation possibillty. My question: how to disable this translation functionality alltogether? (I.e. How to stop Firefox asking me about it?)

vpn plugin on one browser won't connect to internet so i have to stop using it to go anywhere. if i use the vpn for the whole system, using a firefox browser doesn't give me clean connections so i can't get to some sites. any suggestions? do they know about this? i noticed in my settings i am now using a custom setting for tracking and a reinstall of the plugin said it now had to have access to 'private windows' which i've never had to do before. do i need to switch to the chromium browsers? cheers in advance.

When I try to connect to the Etsy website I get the following message "429 Too Many Requests". I have a VPN and I have to turn it off to be able to connect. I contacted Etsy and they said it was a browser issue. Besides turning the VPN off when I want to connect is there a fix?

Hello...I appreciate your using Shortcuts & they are very important to me. I once had a problem of not having enough Shortcuts, but that problem has been solved.

My problem now is that the number of COLUMNS in my TopSitesRows often change, without my permission, from 6 Columns to 8. That leaves me with a lot of blank links as well as a lot of links I have visited only once & have no plans to visit again. Why can't I keep the number of COLUMNS the same like I can when I choose how many Rows when I choose TopSitesRows?

For some reason, after a recent Firefox update on my MacBook Pro (Ventura 13.6), the pages for viewing individual products on Fjallraven website are not loading anymore. You will know what I mean if you try the link below. I did try to clear the cache on the browser but it didn't make any difference. Please advise how it can be fixed. Many thanks

I have a problem with Firefox not maintaining granted permissions which forces having to re-grant them, re-authorize/signin etc each time (several times a day). The problem exist on several sites (I think they're related, please correct me if not). eg google workspace suite; I'm using gmail in browser, with Calendar, Drive, Voice, and other elements. Having logged in to gmail (which always forces 2fa even though I check "remember this device"), using the other functions of workspace should be authorized, but if I go to say a folder in Drive, or try to create a Calendar event from an email, a new tab opens and I'm forced to sign-in again (with 2fa). All the google addresses I use are in the "allowed" section of Firefox settings, their cookies saved as exceptions for filtering and saved on exit, and allowed in cross-site filtering. I can't think of anything else to do that would prevent having to sign-in all the time. Similarly with other secure sites such as financial institutions, despite having them bookmarked, cookies allowed, checking "remember this site" etc, every instance has to be re-authorized, re-signed in with 2Fa etc. I only ever use the same laptop and smart phone so it doesn't make sense that neither of these devices are ever recognized. I even get email notifications "detected a new signin on an unknown device" etc. and this happens across sessions, before hibernation or shutdown. How do I get premissions to persist?
