I downloaded the authentication app because my Firefox browser told me to. But after I got done subscribing to the app it like won’t let me do anything and It’s just stuck on the same page the page’s says connect all emails or something. What should I do?

Hi, please assist. My old Gmail account that I used to login is no longer working when I try to reset password. I don't have a 2FA push code (must have deleted this); however, I tried one of the 2FA backup codes which I do have (ten digit) to sync and access my old account and reset the password, but it is not working. None of the codes are working. Please help me reset and gain access to the account. Can you help me reset the password, and disable 2FA so I can get back in?

I recently switched from Chrome to Firefox. Now when I try to login to a platform, my verification codes to my phone are coming through too slow. What is causing the delay?

I'm trying to setup 2fa on my account. It requires sending a code to my email which I then use to verify. These codes consistently are sent outside of the time window and as a result expired. I've added accounts@firefox.com to my contacts, and I've tried this on firefox desktop and firefox mobile on an iphone, and both produce the same results.

I'm on a gmail account and gmail flags these emails as suspicious despite being added as a contact, which likely means they are poorly formatted. Despite this flag, they are still sent to my inbox when they finally arrive.

This is incredibly frustrating as this is a service provided by basically every company and yet I have never seen it perform this poorly as it has with firefox.

I was trying to sign in to siriusxm.com. A box came up that said "Please insert your security key", with a diagram that looks like a flash drive. It said the request came from FireFox Mozilla Corp.

Is this one flashdrive key that will work for everything Firefox Mozilla Corp wants to guard, or it is something required by SiriusXM? I've never heard of it, but have seen it pop up for two or three things in the last week. I don't know how to satisfy the requirement. I looked though the topics on FireFox help page, and nothing mentions it that I can find.

I tried to sign into my account, but then it sends a code to my email which i go into but didn't get and have waited for an hour but still nothing. Has this happened to anybody?

Hi folks, I set up mfa on my Firefox account a while back using Authy but now that I need to redownload Firefox for my mobile device I have forgotten my Authy PIN and can't seem to find the account recovery keys anywhere. I may have lost them because of only storing the recovery key and pin record locally on a device I have since formatted and sold. It looks as though it's very difficult to recover via Authy or perhaps not possible (I have one mobile and laptop and Authy has discontinued the desktop app). Is there a way to reset the account so that I can set up my 2fa again and this time keep the access info in a safer and retrievable place?

Hello, I have tried everything...filters, added contact, blocked senders but I'm still not receiving any email from Firefox. I need my verification numbers to continue to sign into my account. thanks in advance for helping, Scott

I removed the authenticator app and moved to google authenticator. Now, when I try to sign in it asks authenticator app code and I didn't have recovery backup codes. Can you disable two factor authentication on my account?

'Gmail continues to require 2-step verification when I sign into one of my gmail accounts. I cannot seem to turn this off, even though I've turned off 2-Step verification on my Google account. Is Firefox part of this situation?

When I want to login with my Firefox account it asks me for a code as 2 factor but I can't remember that I ever signed up for 2 -factor . I have 2 apps fro 2 factor: google and Microsoft but neither has Mozilla identification in it. I would like to sign up for 2 factor but it looks like someone already did that for me. What now?

Hi there, I am trying to get firefox to stop allowing outlook to try and get my fingerprint or face ID as my Macbook Pro 2014 doesn't have these features. I am running macOS Big Sur (as this is the only one that still works decent). The Open Web Autentification Panel pop up says "Touch your secuity key to continue with login.microsoft.com". Thank you for any help you might provide!
