All of a sudden when I go to check email it wants a password and I didn't know I had one. When I put one in it won't take it. How do I get in to check email. I'd have you email the answer but I won't get it because I can't open it.

I created my new password before acquiring the recovery key, do I have to go back and change my password again since I supposedly did it out of order?

I haven’t used Firefox in years. Recently, I got a new Mac M mini with the M4 chip and I’m trying to use Firefox as my primary browser because many websites don’t seem to work with Safari. Now, I’m facing a big dilemma. I don’t remember the password for Firefox from the past. It doesn’t seem to remember it, and I can’t change it. Every time I try to use Firefox, it keeps asking for this password. Can you please help me reset the password and set up a Firefox account that works seamlessly with my fingerprint as a password? If this is not possible, I’ll have to choose not to use the service.

I need to reset my primary password but previous advice on the topic is confusing. One responds recommends deleting the key4.db file but I am concerned about deleting a file which caries a message that doing sop may impact on the operation of the program. Can someone give me a clear response of what I need to do. Cheers David

We have bought a new computer so we have Windows 11.

We downloaded Thunderbird and tried to sign in to allow us to use our Email 

judy.parnell@bigpond.com on it. It asked us for my full name and password and kept saying we had it wrong. We have forgotten which password we used and who's name we used. The email is for both of us. Can you provide us with our name and password we used so we can install it on the new computer or if not tell us how we can install it without the name and password. We are unable to login to our Thunderbird desktop email. Acct. mcdonaldmech@centurylink.net It says our passwords are invalid. We need to be able to update password and login.

My email was no longer showing up on my IPhone. I contacted AOL and after an hour and 40 minutes with them, they finally accessed my email through Chrome, but now my email is not showing up on Thunderbird. The password we have on file is not correct. They said I need to contact you to change the password, and then they can assist me in straightening this out.
