Please, my startup tabs and all bookmarks disappeared. I have tried many things that I found online, but nothing has worked to make me recover my Firefox

I had around 3000 tabs open I closed the browser completely today. Normally when I reopen firefox all those tabs were appearing still. This time none of the tabs restored I can see tabs in history part namede 19.01.2026 although not all my tabs are there. When ever I try to reload them from the restore history part; firefox doesnt reply and doesnt take the command.

I am on MacBook Pro Venture 13.4.1, firefox 147.0.1. How do I restore old windows with their tabs? I tried to have only one of my 5 windows (with tabs) opening every time I opened firefox. Always two opened, the second one was always the same and not one I had most recently used. Couldn't find an answer, so I went to settings and turned off "Open previous windows and tabs" and turned off firefox and back on again. Then all my windows were gone! How do I get those 5 windows back?

Recently, Firefox updated and ask me to setup a profile, which I have not yet done since importing my data from google chrome in 2025. After skipping the setup, Firefox then deleted all my data and it has since been irecoverable. I have already checked the box last update that specifically said to not ask me again for setting up my profile. After the recent update, the question popped up again and now I cannot recover my original profile, all my browsing history, all my browser-saved data, and all my cookies and logins

With the update I lost everything, bookmarks, passwords, extensions, and themes that extensions gave me.... LIKE WTF did you do? I need to get all my stuff back as it was, just on the extension that let's you create a theme, took me an entire day and maybe more to be done, and by day I mean more than 24 hours, now I don't even got my history, bookmarks, NOTHING!!!! I need my stuff as it was, I will be waiting for a response, a proper response on how to get all back, if not please let me know so I could move to another browser like Brave... I spend a considerable amount of time in Mozilla and all the features, all gone, and because of this I didn't switch to Brave
