I have Norton security on my computer and I recently signed up for an advanced email scanning service, but when I try to connect it it says it doesn't work with Thunderbird. Is there a fix for this?

I have a HUGE problem with Firefox memory usage. Some open instances of firefox are taking anywhere from 600mb to 2.8gb of memory. Since firefox opens MANY instances even with only ONE active window, this very quickly uses all available memory (4gb) causing a full laptop crash.

More concerning is that CLOSING the worst instance of memory usage STILL leaves the single open page/tab open, so what exactly was the memory eating instance actually doing ???

I have included a screengrab of the many remaining instances of firefox in windows task manager AFTER closing the main culprit.

I have also included a screengrab of all the adblockers I use which I believed would limit unnecessary memory usage, but does not seem to be effective.

I tried looking up a few things in the FAQ for (Firefox for IOS,)… updates… but unfortunately, it WILL NOT SHOW ME any of those articles (I think it showing that there are 4 articles there to read). But when I click them, nothing. Is it being blocked or how do I read them? I feel an idiot when I use ANY of my phones!

Firefox uses Google to search & then it asks me, do you want to open this in Firefox… I have been using an Android & it comes up as 2 separate phones. (One for when I use Samsung Internet & one for when I’m using chrome/google..?????)

I don’t know what’s going on, but someone is either hacking my emails through Google or through my phone #. My Google maps doesn’t even go on the roads I walk or drive on. It shows be cutting across fields & driving over or through buildings. Not just when I’m in my car, but anywhere I go & with whomever.

I'm currently using Canvas for school. Whenever I click on a link that will take me to McGraw Hill, it gives me this error: JWT String argument cannot be null or empty. What can I do to fix this?

This seems like a phishing email, is it legit? Should I find another browser?

I have been tortured by a evil scammer for many years!And I'm not afraid to use the word evil because this person have done my life to a living nightmare for many years! This is EXTREMELY important NOT to ignore! So pleace tell me how I delete my old e mail account ,because this person have ALL my personal information! So she have called MANY people and said she is me,for her own benefits!She have falsified MANY Bank accounts letters, MANY letters who she have sent to Official Offices to destroy me and my name! She is capable to everything because she HAVE been working at a social service Office! There it is people who's job is to help people who have a though life! But she don't care that she is destroying people even more than they are before she is attacking them! So evil is a nice word for this individual! Hello, I have had very good luck with junk being identified and moved to the junk folder, but now, while everything is still being identified as junk, it no longer moves to the junk folder. I have not changed settings and ocasionally some junk messages do go to the folder but then it stops and reverts to junk being identified but remaining in my inbox. Is there something I can try to get it working like it used to?

Hi all, thanks for volunteering your expertise here. FireFox doesn't allow me to open my printer's configuration home page on my local IP4 network. I failed to find where to add a possible exception for such an address. Error message contains: "This web site might not support the TLS 1.2 protocol, which is the minimum version supported by Firefox."

I don't think my printer/scanner is a significant security risk to me.

Any solutions, other than replacing a perfectly fine printer?

So as of this week from out of the blue, like I'm watching something or reading and Firefox will download random files. I don't dare to click on them, what are they and can I make Firefox stop downloading these?
