Firefox is no longer compatible with my bank's system. I can't log in with the secure access code the bank sends to verify my identity when using Firefox. The bank says it is a problem with Firefox. Other browsers work flawlessly ... are you working on a solution? I only use Firefox unless forced to use something else ...

I want to install latest version of Firefox due to come into effect on 14th January but my Mac OS X won't allow it to happen probably because it is out of date and unsupported I would be grateul for help on this please ( I have reached the limit of OS X on my current desktop) Charles

I recently got a message from mozilla that I could make my browsing safer. I clicked on it. Now DuckDuckGo is my only search engine on Mozilla. I want to go back to the way it used to be. How do i do that?

I am an academic. I use Canvas. When I am in Canvas and I try to open a document in it from Firefox, what I get are solid black pages. I do not have this problem with Canvas in Chrome or in Edge. I really don't want to use those Browsers. I actually have this problem with every PDF I try to open from all sites. This is a recent problem. But if I cannot correct it, I will have to use other Browsers.

Good morning, after today's FF update - right click dropdown menus are terrible! Nothing works for me... Opening new windows, new tabs, adding to bookmarks, copying, pasting, etc... How can I turn it off because I can't use it. I need to have a menu like in version 133.0.3. If I can't change it, I will have to change the browser because I can't use it! A few days ago my Thunderbird client was downloading messages. I could not see the email that was to be downloaded next. However, a notice appeared, apparently from a hacker that was ending the next email. It was asking me to let it override some information that allowed me to get messages. Then a popup from Thunderbird displayed. It said no decent public site would ask to override anything. So I clicked CANCEL. This happened repeatedly. I kept clicking CANCEL. But no emails downloaded, only the message. Then I got help from the Dell tech support that I paid for when buying the computer. It has always been very effective fixing problems, even if they were not with the computer itself. They could not fix the problem. I can see and answer my emails on Primus webmail. Now. no more emails download in the Thunderbird client after. So apparently some setting has been overridden. I got in touch with Primus, and they told me what to reset the port to, but nothing has been downloaded. I am able to send emails from the Thunderbird client. They told me that the server connection (IMAP) was the same port for send and receive. When I click Get Messages in the Thunderbird client, it says something like Checking server availability. But no new emails download. I have read this from Thunderbird:

"To manually configure an account, you will need to have the following details which can be supplied by your email provider. incoming mail server and port (for example, "pop.example.com" and port 110 or "imap.example.com" and port 143) outgoing mail server and port (for example, "smtp.example.com" and port 25) security setting for the connection with the server (for example, "STARTTLS" or "SSL/TLS" and whether or not to use secure authentication) First, open the Account Settings: In the Thunderbird menu bar, click the ToolsEdit menu and select Account Settings, or click the Application menu button and select OptionsPreferences and Account Settings from the sub-menu." I have tried all this to no avail.

What can I do to get email to download to the Thunderbird client? Can I uninstall the Thunderbird and reinstall without disturbing my Webmail? I would be happy for any help you can give me! Thanks!

Why is Firefox preventing my access to easyjet.co website for over a week. I have been using it for years without this issue. bold text

I synced my devices, but it only added clippings as an add-on for the second device but the clippings that I have on my first device were not transferred. How can I have all my notes/clippings that I made on one device, be available on the other device?
