When v143 was released something happened to the shortcuts row(s). Regardless of refreshing efforts, rolling back versions, and searching the forums, there's no way to consistently get the shortcuts back. Sometimes they appear with a new browser instance, sometimes they don't. They don't appear with new tabs, and they don't stay when they do appear with a new browser. Grrrr. Please restore the shortcuts!

hi. how can i copy or cut the URL from the address bar?? There is no pop-up, drop down ? All other browsers can do this.

I PAID for "dark reader" I got the activation key but I cannot activate it because the instructions says go to "MORE" and there is NO "MORE"! I hunted all over the settings & extension & themes, but I cannot find anyplace to activate this extension. Did I just waste my money? I have poor vision, I NEED a dark page with white letters. Thanks to being a touch typist, I don't need to see the keybord or page to type but i can't see what I am typing on a dam w hite page! So I had logged into this Firefox account, but while I was, I forgot my password. I needed to enter the correct code from the email, but I lost the recovery key; I needed to enter in the 2FA code from my phone, then I could now change the password. When I logged in, boom, bookmarks gone. Passwords gone, and browsing history gone. I was waiting for it all to sync, but it had probably synced the deletion of everything possibly. I have no idea what happened, but I do not believe my account was compromised, because I did not get any emails about any new logins. If it is encrypted, how can I decrypt it so I can get my stuff back? Thanks.

I can't access one of my Gmail accounts. I have tried everything I can think of for the past 2 weeks. All because I have lost my device and also had to change my phone number and email addresses. I noticed today that the recovery email is a Firefox Relay emails. Is it possible to redirected to my new email address?

I opened Firefox this morning and all of my pinned shortcuts have disappeared. Shortcuts are enabled in the settings. I checked the browser.newtabpage.pinned pref on the about:config and all of my pinned shortcuts are still there, but they're not appearing on the actual page itself. Are there any other settings that I'm not aware of?

I signed into my firefox account on my wife's computer and now ALL of her bookmarks, passwords are mixed in with my data. I've signed out of both accounts on that computer. I've signed out and relogged in on my computer. This is not a temporary issue. All of her data is somehow in my account. This seems like a MAJOR security flaw of the software. Were both using Windows 11 computers.

Good morning. I opened up Firefox this morning and all 4 rows of shortcuts were missing. I have gone into settings and made sure the settings for 4 rows was still the same. I cannot find them anywhere. Please help

I have various shortcuts saved on the shortcut page comes up after logging in. Its set to 2 rows.. I use it every day. Used it this morning and working perfectly. Been out and when I came back the page is totally blank. I've tried sytem restore to 5th October but makes no difference. I use Windows 10 and read that Firefox are continuing to support Windows 10 I'm visually impaired and use a desktop PC with a large screen. I'm not PC techically knowledgeable. How do I restore my shortcuts or how do I re create them?

Hi, Since the last update for Mozilla on the laptop (updated on 6/Oct/2025 - version 143.0.4 (64-bit)), all the shortcuts to websites in Firefox homepage I had pinned have disappeared. Also I can't add new shortcuts. I already have shortcuts enabled in Settings>Home>Firefox Home Content>Shortcuts.

Does anyone know how to solve this?
