To set the tone, I hate smartphones.

My computer just died, meaning now everything must be done on this dratted device. It's a Samsung Galaxy A35 5G, and I can't even find what software I am running, although my last system update was 7/1, and I autoupdate Firefox.

I cannot log into Walmart on this thing. I put in my e-mail, but instead of asking for my password, it takes me to Walmart's home page. This happens repeatedly. I feel strongly about not using corporate apps, so I don't want to install Walmart's. I am using AdGuard AdBlocker and Privacy Badger, but I turned them off for Walmart.

Does this sound familiar to anyone?

Hi Guys, I have used Firefox browser to open and use Yahoo Finance for many years without any problems. On Wednesday 16th July 2025, suddenly, I could not download any stock charts. At first I thought it was a glitch with yahoo itself. However after a lot of searching and frustrating trial and error I seem to have pinpointed the problem to my Firefox browser. These charts will open as normal in Chrome. I have refreshed, uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox without success. Any ideas please?

For years, Firefox has been my default browser, but I am at wits end with Firefox not working with SO MANY websites.

Usually, it just hangs up and doesn't connect, or it gets stuck on one page and will not advance to the next. At this point, I'm ready to demote Firefox and my Chrome my default browser. In fact, I'm sending this message from the website opened in Chrome because it would not open in Firefox.

I'm using a Mac mini running MacOS Sequoia 15.5, but this has been happing with all of the last versions of MacOS.

As I said, it's been years, but I no longer have the patience to deal with Firefox. I wish Mozilla could fix it, but it doesn't seem likely after all this time.

I have had this problem on several websites, but most recently Xfinity.com. Pages in their rewards page have buttons to accept a reward. These buttons don't show up in Firefox, but if I use Chrome they appear and work properly.

On a certain site, a new window is opened to read a text file. However in Firefox since the latest update, text is shown with its scroll bar in a narrow 5-line strip in the middle, leaving the rest of the window blank (see image).

The same site is displayed normally in Chrome.

HI, I've been using CLAUDE AI regularly for weeks, and not had a problem. However recently it has stopped displaying HTML outputs in its Artifact window. After much fault finding, we discovered it works fine in Safari, which suggests there's been some recent clash in Firefox. I've double checked the extensions, and numerous other settings, using Claude and Chatgpt to fault find, but cannot fix the issue. Can you help please as I'm not a safari user and much prefer Firefox. Thank you.

I'e been using Claude.ai with no problems until a couple days ago when Interactive Artifacts stopped loading. The Interactive Artifacts work in Safari and on my iPhone app, but not in Firefox. I've tried clearing cache, disabling extentions, and opening up Claude in a Private Window, but nothing seems to work. I much prefer Firefox to other browsers. I haven't disbled Javascript (nor do I know how). What else could be causing this? One suggestion was to restore Firefox to default settings - I'd prefer ot to but if it works, I will do that. How do I do that? Is there anything else I should try?

Specifically Youtube videos and nothing else either don't load at all, load only the first 10 seconds and then buffer, or load partially after ~20 minutes. No error message. Only in Firefox.

It's been like this for a couple of months. Been circumventing it by playing videos in a different browser, but would be nice if I could fix it.

I am using the latest Fiefox and i have disabled all adons i have tried everything I have changed my Facebook password every time i g try to share something on Firefox get a black box on the bottom right that says something wrong . I have tried to copy the entire hing but can not i got some of it I have even reinstalled firebox ans still can not share anything I have tried contacting Facebook but that does not happen no response i appears to work in Chrome on a noter Facebook account so it is Firefox. i will send you what i could get on the screen shot the part that is missing s the part that says something s wrong

Connectivity to www.xfinity.com disappeared...with latest firefox 140.0.4 as near as I can tell. xfinity still works on Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Please fix firefox browser so I don't have to go to chrome or edge. thanks!

Suddenly the radio buttons in surveys do not "black out" for each one selected /clicked. I tried the same URL in EDGE browser and they all work! What happened to the latest version !!! Yes I cleared cache and cookies!

At some point a few months ago, perhaps as a result of a Firefox update, it became difficult to log in to some sites that I've always logged into successfully (ex: NYT). In at least a dozen websites that I try to log in, an error message says that I may be a robot and will not allow me to proceed.

So now, instead of Firefox being my default browser, I've switched to Safari. I've used Firefox for over 20 years, so I'd like to continue using it, but this issue is a critical problem.

Today i cannot sign in to facebook from my Mozilla page why ?? i can sign in from other places ,like google ... every time i try go to facebook from Mozilla i get the message Sorry! Something went wrong :( Why ???

For some reason, any time I try to click on a Facebook Reel or Facebook video, I receive the message,

"The page isn’t redirecting properly. Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies." I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox. I've tried using Troubleshoot Mode. Nothing fixes the issue. However, if I'm not signed into Facebook, I can search Facebook Reels and videos and display them just fine. It also works fine on Firefox on Android. So, the only problem is on Facebook (Firefox Desktop). If I'm signed into my Facebook account and I see the list of featured Facebook Reels, I can click on them and they work fine, but if I go to the person's Facebook page and click on a Reel or if I'm tagged in a Reel or someone replies to me when I tag them in a Reel, I get the same error message.

Some web sites such as Amazon have an options bars to select items like 'review order'. When the web page first comes up, they show white in the dark bar. But Firefox is immediately changing the white to purple so that it is almost impossible to read. I haven't been able to find anything in settings to correct this. I do not have this issue when I use Chrome.

The following problem has occurred at least three times, each with a different organization. In making an online contribution, I first enter my personal information-name, address, email, etc--and then move on to enter credit card information. When I enter the credit card information, the personal information disappears. When I re-enter the personal information, the credit card data disappears. Eventually, I wind up calling the intended recipient and giving them all this information verbally. What is going on with Firefox? How can this problem be fixed?

Since a recent update, whenever I try to go to ufc.om, Firefox shows me the error in the attached image. It used to display ufc.com without issues before the update [ don't remember which update ].

Other browsers [ Chrome and Edge ] display ufc.com without issues.

Hi, Using FireFox to log into Le Chat Mistral doesn’t work on my Ubuntu 22.04 PC. I enter the email to verify the A/C then enter the code number. Next it says ‘You successfully verified your email address’ and pressing 'Continue' I go back to 'Verify your account' page and round we go again??. There is no problem on my Windows 11 laptop so what's the issue with Ubuntu or have I done something silly? Thanks
