for over a week now all efforts to login to my Mozilla has been a time wasting effort, I have followed all the instructions including initial using the correct password, resetting and confirming my New Password; and also entering my32 character account recovery key all to no avail. At each stage the entered characters are indicated in the red box with a writing underneath that it is wrong. All the above parameters are securely stored in my computer and a notebook.

Mozilla, how are you going to solve this problem. Just as you Firefox updated you do not check well to see whether they work well or not, and you push them out to the public. Besides you also force to update my versions which I have not given you permission.

Firefox repeatedly signs out of mozilla account

I have Firefox 146.01 on 2 windows computers (windows 10 and 11), and on a samsung android phone. I have several extensions (eg uBlock) and I use ExpressVPN.

My mozilla account has a display name and primary email which I verified, and account recovery key enabled. There's no secondary email, no two-step authentication using a third party app. I can readily log the browser back into my mozilla account by entering the password and emailed 6-digit confirmation code, but then it logs me back out within an hour. Each of my 3 devices logs me out repeatedly.

In the address bar I type about:sync-log, and I was able to find the below lines in separate areas of several logs: DEBUG Status.login: success.login => error.login.reason.no_username DEBUG Status.login: error.login.reason.no_username => error.login.reason.no_username ERROR FxA rejecting with error UNVERIFIED_ACCOUNT, details: undefined ERROR Background refresh of initial profile failed: Error: UNVERIFIED_ACCOUNT(resource://gre/modules/FxAccounts.sys.mjs:1669:18) JS Stack trace: _error@FxAccounts.sys.mjs:1669:18 withSessionToken@FxAccounts.sys.mjs:876:18 ERROR Sync encountered a login error DEBUG Exception calling WrappedLock: Error: Login failed: error.login.reason.account(resource://services-sync/service.sys.mjs:1053:15) JS Stack trace: onNotify@service.sys.mjs:1053:15

Based on the above lines, can someone help me figure out why firefox/mozilla keeps signing me out?

Apple had to clear my computer after last Tahoe update issue. I’m unable to get back into either Firefox or Mozilla accounts. I have current key for Mozzilla and both Firefox and Mozilla passwords. Tried using Apple account password which showed invalid but works fine for iCloud dot com. I’m trying to get Firefox reinstalled. Any suggestions?

I can not log in to my amazon account. I beleive it is because somehow I started the sync. I tried to disable aync but still can not get into my amazon account.

I do not understand why I cannot log in as normal. I am self taught unfortunately and have no one I can enquire from. I am in my late seventies and I cannot seem to overcome this problem.

I have an account with Mozilla. I just built a new PC and installed Ubuntu 2024. On that machine when I try to login with my current primary email address it tells me that the account doesn't exist and prompts me to create a password. At some point I figured it might be possible to just push through, so I did create a new password. But I am not getting a confirmation email for an account that already should have existed.

Why did my new pc not find my Mozilla account when I gave it my email? How do I now fix this broken login?

First my password but then oh surprise the password is wrong so I reset it and it asks for my recovery key so I go look for my recovery key and find it and copy then enter it and thats wrong. Then I look and I am fucking signed in any way! WHAT THE HELL! GOOGLE you make so much money and your destroying the planet with your tech so why can't you figure out this stupid shit already...COME ON!! 2nd, WHY ARE MY DOWNLOADS NOT GOING ONTO MY DOWNLOADS FOLDER! I am not a tech idiot!!! BTW I am an advanced user so if I am having a hard time it's because your software is garbage!!! Seriously I just need my downloads to download...That should be so easy!!! Same as password management...It should not be hard for you of all company's the least you could do for your users are these simple and small things!
