I updated the iOS app today and it closed all my tabs in private browsing mode and will not keep any open. It also will not default to private browsing anymore even if I open a link from a private window. The help pages list settings that do not exist. Please advise

Your new update has possibly screwed my private tavs opening data because private tabs no longer open when I use the firefox IOS website for my Iphone and it is quite annoying since I had a lot of private tabs open before this incident occurred Can I please get a response on how to fix this annoying problem by the firefox team and when an update will occur to fix it this from this 127.0 New Update of yours please fix the private tabs from closing on my IOS Iphone device it is quite annoying when I fully exit the app or give me an idea how to fix it.

Hi. I can't watch a video on any website after updating my android app to v.(126.0 I think) because it plays Stuttery and laggy. I don't have much tab open, mainly 2 or 3 and incognito mode doesn't makes any difference. Still videos play laggy as if it's on low fps. The recent update to v126.0.1 didn't fix it either. My phone is galaxy s21 ultra if it matters.

When I click on a web push notification in Firefox on Android, the link in the notification does not open. If no page is previously open in the browser, a blank tab appears. If another page is open, that page is displayed.

I just switched over from Chrome and am setting up my browser, and it seems I cannot select my country for an Address in Autofill? Wtf is that about? I'm an American who lives in Australia (dunno if it matters but I use US English) and my residence is in Australia. But the only two countries selectable are US & Canada... As if there are no other countries out there in the world where people live. How do I fix this? It's incredibly frustrating not to have, and makes zero sense to me why it would be a restriction - I have never seen any other use of countries in a form where it is restricted.

I use Firefox on my Mac and windows. Recently downloaded Firefox for the first time on ipad. Worked well for the sites that I opened for 15 minutes. Opened at max 4 tabs. Then I was crossing out the opened tabs, it crashed when the last open tab was closed. Tried again, and same thing. Since this is my behavior for every session, this could not continue, and I had to uninstall it from the iPad.

I really like this app. I always use it on desktop also but after a few last updates I noticed that battery usage of this app increased a lot and the percentage is very high. 1 hour screen time on youtube was 4% battery usage but on the firefox side it was 17 min / 11% battery usage. If you fix this It will be perfect for me. Here are the screenshots with different days. And I'm using sync feature and ublock addon. I always close the opened apps and I use deep sleep feature on my samsung device. And I forced to close the app. For now I stop using firefox for test purposes.

I cannot log-on to https//matrixfreedomplatform.info/#/affilliate. When I try I get a pop-up stating "you are successfully logged-on," but then the screen is covered with a milkey film and won't load. Any suggestions??

When I finally decided to start organizing my hundreds of bookmarks, I began to experience a crash every 1-2 minutes. I'm opening, editing and moving bookmarks into different folders, which by itself shouldn't cause frequent crashes. My phone's specs shouldn't be an issue either since I have an s24 ultra. Hello: I’m running iOS 17.3.1 on iPhone. The problem I’m experiencing: I used to see the Recommended by Pocket articles on my iOS Firefox homepage, but they stopped appearing a few weeks ago. I’ve searched for a resolution, but all I can find are the steps for customizing/personalizing my HomePage: the problem is that although I’m signed into my Firefox/Mozilla account and have chosen Firefox as my Homepage for New Tabs, and I’ve signed out, restarted the app and changed my Firefox settings several times, the option: ‘Recommended by Pocket’ ( along with the actual articles appearing on the homepage) doesn’t even appear anymore: I’m at a loss as to locating that option, as well as, again, seeing the Recommended Articles as they appeared previously.
