Hello Firefox community, I use Firefox Desktop on two devices — one for work and one for personal use. I’d like to have different bookmark toolbars on each device, but they keep syncing and becoming identical. Is there a way to prevent this (without turning off Sync entirely)? Or is it simply not possible to use more than one Firefox Desktop setup with different bookmark toolbars under the same account? Many thanks! Eva

Firefox will not play any audio-only files. It can play videos with audio just fine, but when using a website that plays an audio file directly, nothing happens.

When I want to duplicate a tab, can I configure the 'duplicated' tab so it appears exactly next to the tab I'm duplicating instead of at the end of all the open tabs at the far right end of my browser? If I can't would it be too much of a bother to include that as an option we can configure? Maybe it's ridiculous or I'm using the interface wrong but it's super annoying to have to manually grab the duplicated tab and scoot it back next to the tab you duplicated from. Thanks!

I've been using the firefox broswer on a mac for the last couple years and I installed the duckduckgo search feature into firefox today, also firefox updated today when i turned my computer on so I'm not sure which one is the culprit but I lost all of my bookmarks and saved form data. When I contacted my CU, they said to add an URL to the Manage Exceptions. This worked, but I want to know why Firefox needs this but Chrome doesn't.

Today is 11-12-2025. After the last update a few days ago, many of my websites would not load up on firefox and when try on Edge or Chrome, they would work perfectly. I did a recovery back to 10-31-2025 and everything worked fine. Now I am afraid to do another update until I know what is going on. What would you suggest? Thanks,

Yesterday I was able, with someone's help, to turn off the feature in Thunderbird that is a pop-up on lower left of screen that a new email has come in. But now I want to also get rid of the sound. Didn't have this problem with my old computer and Windows 10. Or is this something I can only not have when speakers are turned off?
