I followed the instructions to access Mozilla Firefox and nothing happened. Then there are unlimited instructions that lead me nowhere? It used to be so simple. That was the original Microsoft approach for new users.

I live in Germany and use t-online for my email. I can receive emails but not send. I have tried to fix it myself but nothing I do has worked. I don't understand all the technical stuff, so this is maybe my problem. Can anyone help me? PLEASE

Maybe there is someone near me in Germany (Obertshausen) by Frankfurt that can Help. I speak German so this would not be a problem.

I don't know which wrong manipulation I have done, but the "+" sign to create new tabs has disappeared.

Could you please help me to get it back ?

(I know that I can right-click and choose "new tab" in the menu, but the "+"sign is definitely more convenient 😅)

I cannot get the free VPN to turn on. It keeps looping me back to sign in and then tells me to turn it on and then it loops back to the sign in and continues to loop

Today when I started Thunderbird two of my email accounts are Highlighted in RED with a RED Triangle at the end of the email address.

Both accounts are from Spectrum. My other email accounts from another provider are OKAY.

I am not able to retrieve or send emails on these two accounts. I can get my emails from both accounts when I use Spectrum Webmail. So it looks like the account information is correct.

How do I fix this?

have 2 filters. want to run 1 on inbox and on spam on the other filter. Cannot enter different folders. When I change one of the filters in the run filter on they other filter changes the value in the run filter on to what I put in the previous filter. How can I have 2 different folders in 2 different filters

The Firefox VPN is installed and on...it had been working great...but now, it's on, but not using any data...the data status bar stays at 50%....like it's not running...what's going on with it? Thanks!

The newest version of Thunderbird wiped out the stored files from the previous version by making me create a new identity. I have tried several times to use "import" to retrieve backed up data from the old version, but without success, even after I re-installed an earlier version of Thunderbird. Each time I use the "import" feature I get a message that it failed unexpectedly. I need these old e-mails because they contain receipts for charitable donations that I need because my tax returns are being audited. What can I do?

When I click "Delete Bookmark, nothing happens-the bookmark is not deleted. What gives? I keep Firefox updated when I'm alerted and I have updated to Windows 11.
