With the old FIREFOX Start/home page I could have up to 4 lines of bookmarks showing on my start up/home page, but now there are only 8 showing. Can I add more, and if so how? Thanks

Just as the summary says, Used to have an icon that I put under the "hamburger" menu on the bookmarks toolbar that opened the bookmarks menu. Can't remember how I got it there. Can someone help me get it back.

I need my gmail account but I cannot sign into it, it wants me to start a new one, but that will not do at all. I will wait for a week to see if you can rectify this problem.

When Fox News has a new article and I click on it to read, I now get a 500 Error over a blank page. Is there a way to correct this? It has never happened before and only seems to have appeared in the last update of last week.

I have tried to resolve by changing settings in HTTPS ONLY, DNS over HTTPS and Enhanced Tracking Protection from strict to standard to strict and now custom blocking everything as well as all third party cookies.

the only thing I haven't tried is reinstall I have a lot of different bookmark collection and it's a pain to replace them

Sometimes I want to enter arbitrary IPA strings into websites from my phone. I've tried finding a privacy-respecting way to conveniently do this and the best way I've found so far is to use the app Unicode Keyboard by Tim Wunderlich, available on the Google Play Store, and enter the code point for the IPA letters or diacritics I want. This works in every other app, but in Firefox, there are two characters I can't enter this way - the combining grave diacritic U+0300 and the combining acute diacritic U+0301. Even other combining diacritica work. I like researching and talking about linguistics and conlanging online, and sometimes this involves using those diacritics to mark tones. This is such an odd specific incapability for Firefox to have but it has persisted, since at least as far back as 2024. I've just had to enter those diacritics in another app and copy&paste them in. I can enter the diacritics directly as keyboard input in Firefox on Windows and GNU/Linux.

When I logged in this morning my FireFox screen had changed. The window for searches had disappeared and the "pocket" selections were all about India and its events. None of the previous options were there. What happened and how do I get back to where things were?

I have a two monitor setup. Since I installed the new AMD driver (26.1.1), sometimes when I play a game on my main monitor, and watch stream on Twitch in Firefox on my second monitor, it can cause the PC to freeze completely. I hear the sound, but the image is stuck.

I tried to disable the hardware acceleration in Firefox, and it seemed like a good solution. But because of that (which is its function), sites became laggy.

Is this a Firefox, or an AMD issue? Or Windows (I'm on Windows 11 25H2)? I will try to install an older AMD driver, but honestly streams had became laggy before the driver update for me.

I am running the latest firefox version 147.0.3 64-bit. Gmail opens and runs fine on duck duck go and brave. Cannot find any info on how to solve/fix/override/whatever on "numeric code 4" but seems like other folks experience, too. I appreciate your help.

This is the 3rd time I have had to post this. I am getting very frustrated. I DO NOT want the search engine within my address bar. Nothing anyone from you "community" helped to disable the search engine in my address bar. Opera, Edge, Chrome, the user can disable the search engine in the address bar. Why is Firefox so different? And difficult?

Most of the keyboard shortcuts are not working. Copy-paste works, but others for example, Ctrl + F doesn't work. Very confusing and frustrating. Attached is the screenshot of Browser Console and it does show missing attributes. Not sure if this is a browser issue (currently using 147.0.3 (64-bit)) or I need to make certain change settings. I would appreciate any suggestions to resolve this issue.
