bonjour , j'ai un problème avec le corecteur d'orthographe de firefox, la case Vérifier l’orthographe pendant la saisie est coché et quand j'écris pratiquement tous les mots sont surlignés en rouge et quand je clic droit sur un mot çela me donne une solution farfelue , par exemple si je clic sur pratiquement cela me propose : prearrangement merci de votre aide cordialement

I've been searching for three days now for a solution that will work to restore my profile from a crashed windows-7 machine to my new windows-11. Nothing listed in any forum or help desk works as described. I used to be able to just rename the folder to the exact file name on the new PC, but windows 11 won't let me do anything. It always needs admin permissions and even after I activated the admin account and assigned a password, I still cannot copy to the folder or rename the folder. Every attempt to do this on W-11 fails. It shouldn't be that hard and I'm tired of wasting days playing with this. I have important bookmarks, passwords etc. I want restored, and I need help. Nobody wants to pick up a phone anymore to assist!

I have never used "sync" because I have multiple PCs and each used for different applications and yes some go back to W-7, the operating system that actually worked well. Each PC has Firefox and a distinct bookmark file.

I went to "about:profiles" and created a new profile thinking I could copy to the new folder, but when i switched profiles I couldn't get back to the original default! HELP!

Without the correct password, I cannot sign in. However, I want to use Firefox on Windows 11. When I searched with a 6-digit number, I was not specific enough and my got the wrong? Firefox account. Walk me through this please.

I only use Firefox to play two browser games that both use the 1-5 keys as an alternative to clicking the mouse. Accidentally clicking Ctrl and switching tabs out of nowhere is becoming a really annoying problem, but I don't see any way to just turn off shortcuts and hotkeys like other the other browsers I use. Is there any way to do this? Even a specific extension that makes the Crtl button do nothing would help, the one I was recommended won't download due to a "corruption".

The website commonly used by Arizonans to make filings for court, will not work properly with Firefox, even after turning off Enhanced Tracking Protection. I had to use Chrome instead.

Firefox deleted many folders in my bookmarks file. Then, trying to straighten this out, Firefox has completely changed its home page layout and I can not manage it even in the simplest way. I want to restore everything to how it was two or three days ago.

"Oops, your browser's HLS setting is too low." Trying to stream, in browser, and I'm completely blocked today. The browser says it's fully updated. And yet.

Whatever the case, where and how do I check and/or adjust the HLS setting?

When on Firefox desktop I can't reveal any passwords. Currently, it's set to prompt for a user login from the computer to reveal a password but it doesn't show the prompt when clicking to reveal a password.

Restarting the browser doesn't seem to work. Restarting the computer doesn't seem to do the trick either. I tried signing out and back in from my Firefox account but that didn't work either. I tried using mobile Firefox and that seems to work properly. Passwords also auto-fill like normal, basically the only thing not working is the password reveal. I'm not exactly sure what I can proceed to try next to fix this.

Have tried different solutions like Malware product and cleaning cashe and cookies. When I search a known safe site I get redirect by Convertitmas stating the (known safe) site is unsafe. Best regards Henrik Nygaard

Hi. Cannot seem to figure out how to remove 3 Mozilla Firefox notifications appearing vertically up the right side of my windows 11 LG gram laptop. They are covering up part of the mozilla dropdown window when I click on the 3 little lines in the upper right hand corner. Sorry, not very good at explaining this. I know I have to eliminate these spam notifications, just need step by step instructions... Please help me, Thanks [edited email from community support forum]
