Hello, my mozilla accounts email is a deleted email that no longer exsist, but it still asks for a conformation code that i cannot type in due to the email being deleted, is there a way to reset the main email and swap it for another without requiring the conformation code?

10-24-25 In my setup for 'BDR Office' Thunderbird has stopped displaying all my folders. How do I restore proper display. Noted fact, I have named three of my folders with preceding characters '0 -' on the given file name' so to display together in my list. Odd - these three folders are the only ones that display. See Attached. In my TB setup I have 3 emails set up and it is only the 'BDR Office' (for my email [edited from public] @reagancpa.com) that has ceased to display all my folders. Normally it appears similar to the [edited from public] @gmail.com as seen in the attached. On 10-13-25 I followed several Methods provided by Support.mozilla.org with no success. HELP! if possible phone contact would be best for me. [edited phone# from public community support forum] - Billy

However I can't add a secondary email and then make it the primary, as is suggested in all search results, because the primary email has been defunct for years. (I have had no reason to enter the account since that time.) Therefore I cannot receive the code to allow me to add the email. How can I proceed? Thanks in advance. PS, please respond to my current email, which is [edited from public] @gmail.com; as the notification that there has been a response will go to the prior(defunct) email too! Thanks.
