Hi, The question is in the title. I have imported my Outlook data in this 32-bits version (updated to 140.7) . I would like to keep them in a 64-bits version (147). I didn't find the solution. Thank you for helping me. Michael.

After the new version was installed automatically, I cannot sign in my account with ChatGPT. Any solution? Even though the LOGIN button shows, it doesn't do anything when I press it. Thanks

In Firefox, the ChatGPT chat only displays my own messages; ChatGPT's responses no longer appear. This includes past chats—they are not displayed either. Disabling security software or clearing cookies and cache did not resolve the issue. ChatGPT works in Edge without disabling security software, but I primarily use Firefox, so I want it to work in Firefox.

I opened FF this afternoon and it op0end like a new first time install- asking about setting up some damn profiles and showing news, AI, weather and crap I do not want or use..

I can not seem to restore it. All bookmarks, PW, menu bars and links are now gone.

On the "Your Firefox has updated" page, I recently found out that in addition to Firefox Sync, you can also create a backup in the form of a local file. When I try to follow the instructions on the support page for the function (here I get stuck. For some reason I am only allowed to choose a file to restore my data, but I am not allowed to create a new backup. I have tried refreshing Firefox and even creating a new profile, but both have the same issue. I am not seeing a "manage backup" button either (see screenshot).

It's not the end of the world thanks to Firefox Sync, but I would like to get it working as a nice backup :)

I am using a website with text input fields in a dialog box. When I open the dialog box (show_modal()), I see the entire dialog box (Figure 1). When I type in one of the text fields, it automatically enlarges (Figure 2). How can I prevent this?

hey, have a little issue: it seems i'm not able to change the app icon (android). i've followed the instructions found in https://support.mozilla.org/es/kb/customize-app-icon-firefox-android ; updated the app at the store, rebooted my device and finally (the problem persisted) uninstalled and installed again Firefox app. still nothing, the option does not appear. i'm adding an scrrenshot. very thank you.

I cannot connect with my on-line banking site. When I try, I get the message "Bad Request--Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit. I am able to access the site using another browser, so there cannot be a problem with the site itself. This situation has only existed since Firefox did an update. So, the problem must lie with Firefox. If it is not fixed, then I fear that I will have to discontinue using Firefox as my online browser. I am running Thunderbird version 128.11.0esr (64 bits) on Windows 10 Pro. I have defined, in Windows, the default program for .doc and .docx files to be LibreOffice Writer and this works fine when I click on such a file in Windows.

But when I got a docx attachment in a Thunderbird email, and clicked on it, nothing happened. When I right-click on it, it just offers to open (not to select which program to open it with). I have to save the file locally, and click on it in Windows in order to open it.

This is very frustrating, all the more so that it used to work. I tried adding the two following lines to the prefs.js file, to no avail - no change:

Hello, In a recent upgrade to Thunderbird Mac OS x146.0.1 (aarch64), the FILTER selection options on some drop down menus are now blank. Example: "Priority" "Status"

These drop down menus now show no options (eg. read,)

I've two screen shots to illustrate.

I have just installed Thunderbird v146.0, set up the first mail account (POP3) OK, then tried to set up a GMail IMAP account. I inadvertently gave it the wrong password, so the Account hub throws out the connection with an Authentication error "Unable to log in at server. Probably wrong configuration, username or password".

The problem is I can see no way of amending the password; if I try and set up the account again, it just skips the "enter password" step, presumably because TB thinks it already knows the password for this email account. I have tried the following:

- The "edit configuration" feature in the account hub doesn't have a change password option - The Saved Passwords section in Settings > Privacy & Security doesn't show the Gmail creds, presumably because it failed to set up this account in the first place - I reinstalled TB, having previously deleted the Profiles folder in C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Thunderbird; everything I've read on this suggests this is the one and only place where TB keeps its data. However, when re-entering TB, the POP3 account I set up is still there, so there must be somewhere else that TB is storing its data, I guess the Registry?

Am I missing something? I can't be the only person who has had this problem!

I am running Firefox on Windows 11 and I'm encountering a strange issue regarding the UI updates.

The Issue: My Firefox browser updates automatically to the latest version. However, my Default Profile is visually stuck on the old UI design. It does not reflect the recent interface changes associated with the update.

The Troubleshooting Context:

• I have verified that the browser itself is technically updated (via Help > About Firefox).
• The strange part: I have other Firefox profiles on this same machine. When I launch those profiles, they correctly display the new, updated UI.
• This issue is isolated strictly to my main/default profile.

Has anyone experienced this mismatch where the version number is correct, but the UI fails to refresh on a specific profile? Is there a specific fix for this?
