Dear Mozilla,

Yesterday I successfully installed my [edited] @ledgreenus.com email on my desktop computer, but today I have no way to access it. I don't understand how it can be hidden like that. I can't do it on my cell phone either. Please help!

My computer is a mac running OS X Yosemite. When I tried to update I got a message saying that the update was not compatible (My operating system is too old?) I had to reset back to an earlier version of Firefox. Is there some way I can make an update that will allow me to keep using Firefox on my machine?

My Firefox browser has ceased working on my Mac Mini (OS X 10.10.5) - have tried several update downloads, all coming back with the message that I cannot update the browser due to the OS I have. What is my next step? Have I lost Firefox as a browser? Suggestions?

Important update! On March 14, 2025, a critical root certificate in Firefox will expire. If you’re still using an older version (before Firefox 128 or ESR 115.13+), it’s crucial to update to Firefox 128 or newer to avoid issues with add-ons, DRM-protected content, and other features.

I have a Firefox account, I have a Bugzilla account (not used for a long time but was able to log-in back!). I try to understand the detail of some security bugs listed in the Firefox release notes by following the link (to bugzilla.mozilla.org) at the bug ID#... but I always get the reply from that site that I am not logged in with the "appropriate permissions". Actually, when I look at my Bugzilla profile (I am indeed logged in), I can't see any permission for that account. Who defines the permissions? When? What/who could change them? On what basis? Where/whom is the request to be sent to if any? Thanks in advance for the help.

I want to know whether I can update my current Firefox version with my very old desktop setup. I am using the Firefox browser version 78.15.0esr (64-bit) on my iMac 2007 running OS X El Capitan. This notice came up when opening Firefox: " Your version of Firefox will start to have problems on January 14. A root certificate will expire, causing some preferences and other features to stop working. On March 14, 2025, add-ons and more features will also break." Following the instructions to update, in About Firefox window, it checks for updates and then shows Firefox is up to date. I've interpreted this as there's no version available that I can update to. Is that correct?

I want to install latest version of Firefox due to come into effect on 14th January but my Mac OS X won't allow it to happen probably because it is out of date and unsupported I would be grateul for help on this please ( I have reached the limit of OS X on my current desktop) Charles

I've downloaded Firefox on a new computer. Following step #1, there is not green "download as" button so I can't proceed with the installation. Is a "donation" required before installation can be completed. If so, no problem. Kindly advise what I'm doing wrong.

Je ne puis plus éliminer les messages dans la corbeille malgré avoir suivi les instructions pour le faire. Je ne sais pas non plus désinstaller Thunderbird ! Je voulais faire une réinstallation mais cela semble impossible et vraiment je ne comprends pas pourquoi  ? J'ai fait un transfert sur un autre pc en suivant les données sur ce sujet et cela fonctionne. Pourrais-je faire la même chose en sens inverse ? Merci pour votre réponse

Desktop Download for Thunderbird email install opens "Thank You" donation page, as I made a donation couple weeks ago. Checking "X" does not return to download page

I am about to lose access to Outlook. My current settings show imap.mail.yahoo.com and smtp.mail.yahoo.com and it is working. This is an sbcglobal.net account. When I look at what ATT says it should be due to changes they made it reflects imap.mail.att.net and smtp.mail.att.net. The ports are the same between both choices. It says on both of these when entered that it can't access and the user name or password is incorrect which is not the case. Any help out there???

Hello since the last update of 133 to 134 Google no longer works as it should on my Firefox every time I close it asks me to delete all cookies and all data and so I am obliged to reinstall everything each time opening Firefox things work again I went back to 133 and now it's works normaly, but I do not understand why the 134 plant Google mail, Google Agenda, and so on ???
