Hello: I’m running iOS 17.3.1 on iPhone. The problem I’m experiencing: I used to see the Recommended by Pocket articles on my iOS Firefox homepage, but they stopped appearing a few weeks ago. I’ve searched for a resolution, but all I can find are the steps for customizing/personalizing my HomePage: the problem is that although I’m signed into my Firefox/Mozilla account and have chosen Firefox as my Homepage for New Tabs, and I’ve signed out, restarted the app and changed my Firefox settings several times, the option: ‘Recommended by Pocket’ ( along with the actual articles appearing on the homepage) doesn’t even appear anymore: I’m at a loss as to locating that option, as well as, again, seeing the Recommended Articles as they appeared previously. I am having different issues with the app, close to everytime i use it. For example, i did a reinstall yesterday because i was not able to open the amazon prime gaming content... i tried to claim some free game content there, i had to login for it which i did, but after that a site showed up wich where written..."Looking for something?"..on Chrome everything worked fine.. there is even more, please contact me

I can't scroll to The bottom of browser's menu lately, meaning i can't get to setups. I could not long ago while still having the bug, as a bit of the setup button was "reachable", but it is nów replaced by that "turn into pdf" feature. The bug itself is also rather new, although i can't tell precisely when i first noticed IT to occur, as it is on my heavy duty work phone and i use browser irregularly on it.

So, i don't see "refresh" button (or can't Reach IT, don't remember wether it was at the bottom od somewhere else), setup button and anything bellow the print button. Well, bellow that "save as pdf" button precisely, although i can't really swe said button.

For some reason accounts/passwords are not syncing on Firefox across my iPhone and MacBook. I have both signed into the account and have set up sync but it is not sharing across the devices.

I started with Firefox on android, when i finally got a pc i decided to sync my data. This resulted in the loss of all but 1 of my passwords and Ive spent 5+hours trying to get them back. And i idk if i can. But with the help of this extension (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/about-sync/?utm_source=addons.mozilla.org&utm_medium=referral&utm_content=search) about-sync i can see the logs of them being deleted(where pics are from). Why cant i just revert this or have instances to revert back to?

On my Android phone, the "close private tabs" notification keeps reappearing no matter how many times I tap it or swipe it away. Only way to get rid of it is by force stopping Firefox. Weird thing is that this issue doesn't repro 100% of the time either.

This is happening on Firefox 126.0, on my S23 Ultra running Android 14/One UI 6.1

After the latest update to firefox on android, the Openweb discussion function is missing from at least 3 websites that work on other browsers.

Thedrive.com Twz.com and Newsweek.com

All the above use Openweb discussion function on their websites but firefox does not show them at all.

I checked using Samsung internet browser and the discussions are visible, unlike firefox.

I use ublock extension along with ghostery and privacy badger, but diisabling them or complete removal does not make the discussions visible.

I have deleted the firefox and reinstalled it after the update but the problem persists.

If I want to see the discussions on the thedrive.com or twz.com, I have to use the Samsung internet browser for that.

Could use a fix so I don't have to jump between two browsers.

there are often times when I go to websites, usually when I'm logging in or signing up for an account, where they have a pop-up window for me to enter in the information, which usually also includes a captcha, but for some reason I am unable to scroll up or down, and I'm unable to access a submit button as well, therefore unable to complete the process.

this is on my Kyocera e6920 AT&t version 6.103at with Android 10 and a updated version of Firefox.

Videos are lagging frequently, seems like the fps drops a lot. It usually happens as soon as I pause or skip forward/backward. It doesn't depend on the source of the video, as it is the same for all the websites. My network connection is stable. Pausing or reloading doesn't help, the problem is persistent at all times. I have to skip backwards then forwards to the same spot. I use Samsung Galaxy S20 and Samsung Galaxy Tab S8. Firefox version 126.0 (Build #2016019903)

I have an issue with the Facebook 'recent post' feed: Only two posts were displayed in the 'recent post' feed and then a spinning loading symbol is at the bottom - then nothing else is loading on my OnePlus 12 and Google Pixel 6, Firefox version 126.0.

In Microsoft Edge it is working, all posts are loaded correctly, so it seems to be a browser issue.

Does anyone have the same problem? Is there a solution?

I have a Blackview Tab16 (10" screen), which I bought last year; it was running Firefox quite happily until a couple of months ago. Now when I click on the icon, I get a sort of 'welcome' screen (with some message about a search widget?) for a fraction of a second, then FF closes and I get an error message saying 'Sorry. Firefox had a problem and crashed.' The version of FF is 126.0. I was told to try clearing the cache, but there is nothing there to clear! The tablet is running Android 12 / DoKe OS V3.0.

I have an 8" Blackview tablet which - despite needing to be plugged in to run all the time! - opens & runs Firefox perfectly happily. It's my main browser on my MacBook as well, and will run on my iPhone.

I have a xiaomi pad 5 and when I installed a pwa (freshrss, but I've tried with some other sites that allow it) the scrolling becomes sluggish and unresponsive. If I open the site directly in firefox itself it works perfectly, and the same sites installed on my phone also work well (samsung a52s). Firefox in both phone and tablet is the beta version 127.0b1
